The dishonesty and refusal to admit the truth is unacceptable

I honestly do not even know what to say anymore. I was deeply disappointed and genuinely furious with how my child was treated. No matter how much denial comes from management, the favoritism and preferential treatment were painfully obvious and impossible to ignore. The refusal to acknowledge it only makes things worse and destroys any trust left. They need to stop lying and finally admit what is clearly happening.
