You buy an item and they deliver it 2 times to a wrong address in another part of the city. Unbelievable how stupid they are

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. The initial delivery issue was caused by the carrier, and we understand how frustrating that must have been.

We rely on postal and delivery services, and unfortunately this situation was beyond our control.

To resolve this, we arranged a replacement shipment. Unfortunately, during the second delivery attempt, the parcel could not be delivered to your home address and was therefore redirected to a pickup point.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope that future deliveries will go much more smoothly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

This is the first time I have ordered from Paula’s choice but I am delighted with the products and really happy that they arrived exactly when they advertised them to arrive at.

Disappointed with the service

Disappointed with the service. When purchasing the paymant would not get through so I tried multiple times. In the end I received 5 orders instead of 1. I want to return the other 4 or at least 3, I can't keep them all obviously and they won't send me the lables. These products are pricy so imagine what amount of money they keep blocked. They ask me to wait for days for their wearhouse to send me a lable. I will complain further online and to Paula's Choice US.

It is not possible for us to create return labels ourselves. We have to request this from our department store. We have also discussed this with each other. Within 3 days we had received the return labels and mailed them to you.

Of course I understand that you wanted to receive these as soon as possible and I apologise that this took three days. Hopefully we can make these faster in the future, and help our customers faster as well!
