Absolutely brilliant day so much fun had by all ages in the group

What a cracking 2 days we had! The park wasn’t too busy or crowded, plenty of space to about, lots of seating & sit down areas, park was pristine, staff were constantly cleaning up & rubbish picking. Rides were great. Tornado springs & Valgaard were the highlights for my age 10 child. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful & genuinely keen for us to have an enjoyable day. The ride times were all 10-20 mins, less in many cases & so we were able to do loads!! Food options were varied, very tasty, hot & well cooked, a tad pricey but I expected that on park & cheaper than offerings at some similar sized theme parks. Due to the summer VAT relief & day 2 half price, I booked 2 days which was brilliant as we could pace ourselves & not feel pressured to fit everything in. Loved it so much, I bought season tickets & they took the 2 days entry price off the season ticket price. We’ll be back, many times over the year & already looking forward to Halloween & Xmas specials!

We have been to many these parks in the last two years
Alton towers, Drayton manor, Lego land, ROARR and Thorpe park
Peppa pig world is beyond the best one we have been to so much there that my younger children under 1 meter can still enjoy, queues was non existent which was surprising in the summer holidays! Most rides 0 minutes maximum queue time was 20 which meant we feel like we had our moneys worth
Other parks can be 1 hour + which is challenging with children
We all had the most stress free time the children was all happy and the staff was so fantastic and friendly
We usually annually go to Alton towers but we will now swap for Peppa pig world and be returning customers who will be travelling 5 hours to visit this park because it’s the top park we have ever visited in the uk
Thank you for making the experience so great for everyone

We visited the park with our 4 year old niece primarily for peppa pig world and we loved it! The park is well laid out and very clean the gardens are lovely.
Peppa pig world was great when seeing the sign above the entrance my niece was so excited. We visited on a Monday in July and the queues were not to long and we went on everything without having to rush all day. The muddy puddles were perfect to cool down on a hot day, it would be good to have a changing area next to it and seats for adults but it was still great and my niece loved it so much we didn't end up walking to the other side of the park for the splash park.
The food we had from hay barn was slightly expensive but good. Daddy's pigs cafe had sandwich packs or pizzas although my niece got fed up of waiting for more pizza to be available, over 30 minutes and the fruit options were expensive but good to have.
The park App was very helpful with information and ride queue times.
We will definitely return this time as a bigger group with various ages as we had a great time and I was impressed compared to other theme parks.

It was fab, 2 adults with a 6,5 and 2 year old. Loved Peppa pig world and could easily have spent all day there but wandered round and loved the other areas too. Could have spent another day there. Very clean, lots of staff, nice toilets and lots of them, great food options and we like that there are only 2 shops in Peppa pig world and the exit you don’t feel obliged to spend all the time. Compared to Legoland the day before which was run down, overcrowded, took over an hour to get on a single child ride which put her off queuing for any others - lack of toilets and they were dirty. Parking was free at Paultons which was a bonus because we’d been charged £15 at Legoland to park which after being ripped off all day it was salt in the wound! Lots of shaded areas to sit and lots of seating generally, lots of nice green areas to walk round too! Just generally a lovely place to spend the day! We stayed 10-5.30!

We visited on Saturday 18th July, right at the start of the summer holidays, and were pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole day felt. Even in Peppa Pig World, the longest queue we experienced was around 25 minutes, and the lines moved quickly, keeping little ones happy and entertained.
The park layout is brilliant. Everything is spaced out evenly, so you never feel like you’re walking miles just to reach the next area. There are plenty of rides suitable for children under 1m, which meant my two‑year‑old had a full day of fun. He even managed a peaceful one‑hour nap and then carried on enjoying the rest of the afternoon.
Despite the sunshine, the weather felt comfortable, not too hot, and the park is extremely well catered for young children. The play parks, splash areas and general facilities were spotless and thoughtfully designed. Staff were friendly, and the whole environment felt safe, clean and family‑focused.
Overall, we had a lovely day and would definitely return again.

Fantastic day at Paultons Park with our daughters and nephews - aged from 7 to 11 years. I’ve visited Paultons Park many times over the years - from when I was a child, then when my children were very young (Peppa Pig world), and then back again now that they’re that bit older. The park has significantly improved over the years, and during this visit I was surprised by how much it has to offer.
The car park was well organised on arrival, there’s a coffee shop located before you go in (really nice touch), and then the park itself is immaculate. Queue times were almost universally short. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful and polite. The food offerings around the park looked amazing.
Our daughters and nephews loved it. The mix of rides was just right for them. Plus, for the adults there were enough thrilling rides to keep us all amused. We didn’t have enough time to do everything, and would definitely go back again. At other theme parks, you queue for hours for a few rides. No such issue at Paultons Park.
The cleanliness of the park was also brilliant. We didn’t have any issues with wasps or insects - no doubt helped by them keeping on top of any litter. Everywhere looks well looked after - from the rides, the walkways, the picnic areas. Lots of theme parks can look a bit worn or run down, but I didn’t see any signs of this at Paultons Park.

Our visit to Paultons Park was a delightful one with a termtime, midweek visit.
The park was impressively maintained. Everything looked relatively new and there was not a single piece of litter to be found.
Peppa Pig World proved to be a delight for the children with many different interactions, including meeting the Peppa Family, themselves. Actors walked the grounds with 'baby creatures'such as dragons. The dinosaurs move which adds a certain je ne sais quoi to the experiance.
As a disabled visitor, I was delighted to discover we could skip the queue and over-all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
There is lots to do and I would advise making a day of it as we had roughly five hours and felt pushed for time to see everything there was to see.
Be mindful that if you are a wheelchair user, the lifts can 'stick' and the doors may not open but there is a button you can push to attract the attention of the staff who were always prompt.
The picnic grounds were beautifully kept and inviting but be mindful of school trips as we were a little flooded with adolescent school children running rampant through vidoes and photos at times. (Roughly 5 coaches arrived as we did.)
The park didn't seem over crowded on a whole, but I would be interested to see how busy it gets over the summer holidays.
Over all, we definitely enjoyed ouraelves. It is a disabled friendly venue full of family fun. Would highly recommend.

We came for my son’s 10th birthday. He was given a badge and every member of staff we saw wished him a happy birthday . The ride times were low and every ride operator was polite and smiley . We had food in the park and it was all hot and not overly expensive. Was definitely worth the nearly 3 hour drive and my son said he had the best birthday.

We had such a great day at Paultons Park and would highly, highly recommend it. We visited with two young children (under four) and the park was perfectly set up for them. Everywhere was very well maintained, clean, with manicured gardens and high-quality theming. The staff were very friendly and the food and drink outlets were of a good quality and not extortionate priced. It was great having the dedicated Baby care centres. We had visited Legoland the day before and both agreed that we would revisit it PP over LL every time. Brilliant day out!
