Steve provided us with excellent advice as to preservation of our Pavestone patio. Use of a cleaner and a preserver will do the trick. The products which I haven't used yet were however quite expensive compared with numerous other sellers

We initially ordered 3 samples which arrived promptly. We were still undecided, but Craig gave us some helpful advice on the upkeep of the different options and we’ve now received our order for Amalfi Beige. It is beautiful!
We were a little hesitant after seeing some reviews, but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Should be ZERO stars. Ordered product that was displayed on their website as in stock with 3 to 5 days delivery. Received order confirmation, monies taken a few days later. After 5 working days no sign of order. Called and was advised that I would be given a delivery date the next day. No date provided. On second call was told that it was scheduled later in the week, ironically a day I was unavailable, so I was told it would be rescheduled for the following day, a.m. delivery. Surprise It never arrived! I called to cancel the order which was not disputed but was told that the order still might be delivered the following day (a Saturday). It didn't but that was no surprise to me as I had called the delivery company who had advised me that they had no record of the consignment. I was told that my refund would be processed immediately, after 3 working days I had to chase for the refund which was then processed straight away. Throughout, the item I had ordered continued to be shown in stock and delivery available in 3 to 5 days. I went elsewhere and received great service and delivery as promised.

Massive lack of communication and poor delivery. Ordered on a Thursday, called the following Thursday to see what was happening as all I had was an order confirmation, found out that it hadn’t even been scheduled to be delivered (should have been Wed-Fri) despite taking my money, so was put on a free express delivery. After a bit of pushing I got them to deliver on Saturday rather than the following Tuesday (due to bank holiday) as I had prepped everything ready for it to arrive by Friday. Saturday came and went, no delivery. Called on Tuesday, was told there was no reason why it shouldn’t have been delivered on Saturday and was now showing up for delivery on Wednesday. They said they’d get back to me on why it wasn’t delivered and to confirm Wednesday for delivery. I had to call back to check on the update, it wasn’t delivered because it was never loaded for delivery and they guaranteed delivery on Wednesday. Given the amount of times I had called, I’d have expected a call or email on Wednesday to say what time it’d be delivered but nope. Called 3 times on Wednesday, being on hold for up to 45 mins each time before I gave up (although I was number 1 in the queue). Despite being guaranteed by staff, once again no delivery arrived. I’ve now had to send an email as a formal complaint to their support email, with a final notice of when I want my order by or give me a refund. I’ve actually lost money as I’ve hired equipment and had labour waiting for this delivery.
UPDATE:
Pavingdirect have put a lot of effort into resolving my order and delivering which should be applauded. Sadly they appear to use an external haulier which also had its part to play in getting my order on time

Needed to make a return as we changed our mind about the colour of grout to use on the new porcelain patio.
The customer service I received (thanks to Sam) was great and a refund was soon on its way.
We also purchased 2 pallets of porcelain tiles which look absolutely amazing. Customer service has been great from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PavingDirect.com!

We did not use one pallet of cobbler stones and arranged with you for the collection and return of the pallet. After a month we are still waiting for the collection.

If I could give zero stars I would. Now been 6 weeks waiting for 2 pallets of walling still no sign, asked just for a refund still reply . Look elsewhere guys these lot are a waste of time
The response to this review is also a lie ,still no refund ,I shall keep updating this so all future shoppers can be aware of this shambles of a company

I placed an order for a sample because it was advertised as 200 x 100mm which was what I wanted, I had free samples from elsewhere but wanted a full size one so this seemed perfect, even though it was £8.99. Unfortunately when the sample arrived even though the invoice stated 200 x 100mm it was only 100 x 100mm. I emailed with my request for what I'd paid for which did not get a response, I waited for a few days then phoned and spoke to someone who said the website description was wrong and the samples were not full size, I requested a full size one and the response was that in order for this to be sent they would have to split a pack, was that something that I wanted, if so they would request this with the sample department, I said yes please. I waited another week and nothing came so I emailed requesting a full refund, then I got an email apologizing for the delay and stating that my delivery showed as being in the DPD network and they would upgrade it to next day delivery, I waited a couple of days and when nothing arrived I emailed requsting a tracking number, got a response saying one had been requested and would be forwarded to me as soon as available, that was just before the Easter bank holiday, I waited until 3 days after but still nothing so I emailed requesting the number again and lo and behold 4 minutes after my email a message from my DPD app saying there was a delivery on its way! I accept that people make mistakes and that things happen but this has been a bad experience from start to finish and to be honest the granite blocks I want for my drive from PD, are for some reason 3 times the price that most other granite blocks are available for. That's black granite just in case there's any confusion, as its harder to quarry it costs more etc but all the other black granite blocks are a third of the price of PD's. Another strange thing is that I approached Pavestone by email to enquire about different thicknesses of blocks as I wanted 50mm thick ones, the response was that they do different sizes but are a wholesaler so I would have to find a retailer to supply them, Paving Direct told me they only do the 100mm thick blocks, funny thing is that the sample PD sent me came from Pavestone which comes from Burford Quarry which is all the same company, just seems strange that they give conflicting information about what they can supply from their own supplier and don't promote their own retailer when asked. Anyway, enough ranting and I'm sure I'm not the only person this happens to. Maybe some LFE can be used from my feedback. P.S. my delivery has been showing in the DPD app for 2 days now, so much for upgrading it to next day! Oh and its really not good to mislead customers...
