Fantastic company, have purchased twice from them now and both times the paving slabs were delivered on time and were exctly what I ordered. One of the slabs had broken off a bit in transit and they were happy to give a partial refund to compensate for the broken slab. Would highly reccomend,

I have yet to receive my order/sample so can't rate it. I asked for delivery 12/8/24 it's now 14th. Nothing to say they've been dispatched.

We have tried many different companies for our tiles and some refused to delivered to our property and it caused alot of stress. We had the pleasure of Danny helping us order and choose our tiles. He has been so accommodating and supportive in the whole thing. He has kept us up to date with deliveries and helped us with different options and spoke to the drivers regularly. I recently ordered a half pack of paving stones and on receipt a number of the stones were split. I immediately contacted Paving Stones Direct who said that it was normal policy that customers should order 10% more to allow for any damages.

On this occasion they said they would re-send replacements for the damaged stones and they arrived promptly a couple off days after the original order.

This was great customer service and as such deserves the 5 star review I have given, well done and keep up the good service *****

Would have given 5 stars, but for the fact that I had to chase them for the promised wall cladding sample. Various excuses were given for its non-arrival, (delivered to an incorrect address/it had got broken). ???? Anyway, I'm glad I persevered, as I liked the product and the subsequent delivery of my order went very smoothly. My builder has said the product is good!

Good price and delivery ahead of estimated time.

I was looking for edging cobbles to complete a paving job in the garden, after quite a lot of unsuccessful searching online I came across this company who had exactly what I was looking for.
Ordering online was very easy and straightforward, delivery was made when stated and best of all was free!

Great product but the delivery service is terrible! Ordered a patio kit which failed to be delivered twice (never showed up). When it arrived the driver left the pallet on the road even though there was no access issues at all to the property. After investigation, the haulage company claim the standard drop kerb was too high for them to negotiate which Paving Stones Direct agreed with. Be warned that the companies understanding of 'kerbside' delivery is quite literally that and your delivery is likely to be left on the road.

The same product on Amazon had a delivery day for October and it was much more expensive!

Arrived as ordered. I haven’t opened as yet ( will leave another review then if I can), but tiles very well packaged individually, including strapping and corner protectors, and securely loaded on pallet.
