Kraków to Kijv. A comfortable bus without the stinking chemical toilet of Flixbus and with wifi which actually worked!

I would like to file a complaint about Pavluks Trans.

During a trip from Kryvyi Rih to Warsaw, an unacceptable incident occurred.

First, your website and ticket information state that the journey is provided from the departure point to the final destination. However, passengers are forced to change buses at the border without any prior warning. This is misleading and should be clearly disclosed before purchasing a ticket.

Second, one of the passengers was delayed at the border only because of a routine customs inspection of her personal belongings. This is a standard border procedure and is completely beyond the passenger’s control.

Despite this, your employee behaved in an extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional manner. He stated that he would have gladly left the passenger at the border and that if the current law had allowed him to do so, he would have done exactly that. He also made intimidating comments, saying that she would have to deal with paperwork and solve the situation on her own.

Such behavior is completely unacceptable. No representative of a transport company has the right to threaten, humiliate, or intimidate passengers simply because they were selected for a routine border inspection.

I expect this incident to be investigated, an official response to be provided, and appropriate action to be taken against the employee involved. Passengers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, not with threats and humiliation.

It couldn’t have been worse. We were not taken in a bus. We were collected in a minibus with no suspension and a guy who couldn’t drive. He made everyone get out in their T-shirts and wait for a bus in the dark a few hours in the trip. Everyone was scared and vulnerable. When the bus came, the drivers are like prison guards. No toilet. No toilet breaks. No communication. Don’t believe the 5* reviews. It’s the team lying to make up for literally every customer who gives it 1*. These guys are frauds and thieves.

Used Pavluks Trans to get too and Fro Kyiv to Krakow , I mistakenly purchased the wrong dates for Pavluks Trans , I contacted their customer services who , corrected my mistake and replaced tickets for correctly dated tickets , Buses where on time , Drivers showed due dilligence when checking my documents , The buses where very tidy and comfortable to use , I will use their services again , when next travelling to Kyiv.
