I recently had a concern during the registration process for the puppy/dog training course through Paw-Champ. Upon realising I had entered an incorrect email address, I promptly contacted the support team for assistance. I was very pleased with their prompt response time. Good instructions
I did try to cancel a month or two ago and was still charged for this last month. I did request a cancellation again and it was taken care of immediately. The instructions were great but we no longer have the dog. He needed a more active family.
