The delivery took a while, and my first order came totally broken (and I think it was the wrong, older model), so I emailed the customer service. I was a little worried since there hasn't been any talk or news about the company since 1-2 years ago, but a couple days later, they emailed back to me and was quite swift with putting a replacement order. My cat likes the water fountain and the battery lasts a long time. I had to throw the first model since it's all broken into sharp pieces. But good experience overall.

This automatic water dispenser works so good. I’ve had it for years easy to take care of easy to clean and a great price.

Never received dog harness but was charged in full to my CC. I have a dispute started. Terrible customer support.

App for automatic food dispenser is not accurate, does not detect when food is eaten, dispenses portion sizes and times incorrectly, app is buggy. Needs much improvement.

When it first arrived my kitten chose to sleep in it for a few days; then lost interest. So now I put a treat inside (keeping it open all the time) now and then and she knows where to find that. Have only taken her to the vet in it so I don't want her to associate it with that visit.

The customer service is amazing. Although we didn’t keep the product due to the size of my 4lb Maltese, which she fit in the bowl. If and when this company decides to create a smaller bowl, we will be purchasing The craftsmanship of the bowl was beautiful.

Customer service was great! The pump on my fountain broke, Pawaii helped me troubleshoot via email and when it could not be fixed sent me a new one. They answer emails very quickly, and I appreciate the prompt customer service.

This would be great if that top was stainless steel. The plastic breaks my cat out and I purchased two that I cannot use due to allerfies.

Pet fountain filters are in stock, thank you. Even without being able to utilize the wireless features, this is the best pet fountain. Ease of use - my cats can drink without splashes or overreaching, the basin is wide and easy to remove to wipe down in between regular cleaning. Ease of care - The filters capture a lot in a month. Cleaning is very fast and easy. I have both the fountain and weight base plugged in 24/7, which keeps everything running without worry. Much better than wondering if my cats have water when wireless fails for various reasons or either piece runs out of charge. Purchased a backup unit.

Don’t buy this garbage. I started using it in a week after I began feeding my dogs from the bowls. The new skid ring started falling off. The stuff looks really fancy, but it’s not very well-made. I’m expecting that the rest will fall apart very soon. Don’t ever buy anything from these people again.
They think that because just has a fancy name from Hawaii that it gives it credibility but it doesn’t. I am expecting it’s made somewhere offshore and then branded with Hawaii label. When stuff fails almost out of the box it’s a sign that it’s not well-made.

Beautiful pet carrier - we have two others that have held up well. Great service - received quickly.

Our fur babies love it, it stays clean and not moldy like the 3 other water fountain’s we’ve previously purchased.

I’m concerned because Pit Bull wasn’t an option . I picked the closest breed but am afraid if someone finds him they’ll be confused because he’s very obviously a pit bull.
