It’s a scam

It’s a scam. Don’t order from here. I placed an order on the 11th on November only because they claimed that it would be shipped in time for Christmas. It’s the 31st and still haven’t received it. Most frustrating thing is that the customer support keeps sending me an automatically generated reply without giving me any information. The tracking system is a joke as well

I would give negative stars if I could

I would give negative stars if I could. I purchase a custom dog sweatshirt and reached out to the company stating the importance of the coloring. The animals is a silver lab, therefore he has silver/grey fur. They brushed it off and of course when the item got to me (late), the coloring was all shades of brown. The website states “refund promptly (no questions asked)” which could not be farther from the truth. They have gone back and forth with me for days offering ridiculous “solutions” all except a refund. DO NOT buy from this company. Your order will be poor quality and there is zero customer service.

Images on website aren’t accurate

The level of skill in the websites images of pets embroidery does not reflect the product you receive. It’s still cute, and the quality is ok, but I do feel mislead. It was about a 5-6 week wait from order to delivery - I’m in Australia.

Misleading company, poor quality product, and unfair return practices

I ordered a custom embroidered hoodie from Pawaviva after seeing a Facebook ad. Their website appeared legitimate, and after doing my due diligence I found the business address listed as Sheridan, Wyoming, which led me to believe this was a U.S.-based company.

That turned out to be misleading.

The company did not provide any embroidery preview or approval before production. When the item arrived, the embroidery was extremely poor — my Golden Retriever looked nothing like the photo provided and instead resembled a lion with an exaggerated mane. The quality was unacceptable, especially given the high price (already 2–3× what a normal hoodie should cost).

When I contacted customer service, I was given three options:

Pay half the original cost again for a replacement

Return the item to Shanghai, China for a full refund (at my expense)

Keep the item for a partial refund

All three options required me to lose additional money for a mistake that was entirely theirs. At this point, I realized this operates like a drop-shipping site with overseas fulfillment despite U.S. branding.

This was meant to be a surprise gift featuring my two dogs. Instead, I ended up with:

No usable gift

A poor-quality product

And refund options that penalize the customer

Requiring international return shipping for defective custom work is unreasonable, and the lack of transparency about where products are made and shipped from feels deceptive.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

SCAM!!! Do not buy

If I could give zero stars, I would. HUGE scam! My sister received the incorrect size (which is an error on their end and they should be responsible for fixing) for a sweatshirt and they offered to remake it if she paid for the postage. They also only offered her a $10 refund which is far less than what she paid, or she could send it back and get a refund with a possibility of a higher refund, but she would still have to pay postage. She also received the incorrect sized sweatshirt in a bag that came from another company, and we’re assuming that pawaviva is buying stuff from another website and reselling it to customers for profit

AVOID SCAM WEBSITE

Scam website, please avoid at all costs!!
Not US based but cheap rubbish from China. Told me the order shipped but it hasn’t, they somehow miraculously intercepted my parcel to show me a photo (nothing like depicted btw) They haven’t sent my items which were supposed to arrive for Christmas and they refuse to refund. I have to pay £12 handling fee to do so!

Hello to everyone reading

Hello to everyone reading. I never take time to write good or bad comment, but this time I had to do it.

At first I was getting skeptical reading people’s comments on the page, and I started doubting…

I was waiting for my package and never had any message telling me it arrived.

This said, I got it a few days ago and offered the present to my mother.

It was a blanket (with a picture of our deceased cat last year).

You all cannot imagine the joy and the emotion when she saw this.

The quality is REALLY impressive and I am actually really happy that I have seen this instagram ad.

Thanks a lot for this work of art, I love the material/The overall quality from the blanket. The picture on it is the exact SAME as the one I provided.

Simply awful

Simply awful. The company portrays themselves as US-based but the items come from China. Mine took three weeks to arrive (after Christmas despite saying it would arrive in time). However the worst part is the design work, the website images are totally misleading. My dog looks nothing like the received product, it is a generic image of a dog.

Pleasantly surprised

As some customers may have expressed on their reviews, I was a bit wary about my purchase and how it would arrive when I realized that it was coming all the way from China. I did not know that this was an international shipment! However, I was BEYOND THRILLED when my first package arrived. The image of my dog could not be more perfect on the hoodie. There were no odd stitch marks on the eyes or anything that looked short of the picture sent with the order. Customer service was prompt when responding to emails and ensure that I would receive my package even after me stating that I have been scammed before and had no problem notifying the police about fraudulent activity. I do not mean to sound like a “Karen”, but I was afraid when I realized that this was an international shipment (as previously mentioned). I did see lower costing services on Etsy, but that was after I realized it came from China. I am currently awaiting my second order and am expecting to write another great review. My first order had one pet on the hoodie, second order will have three pets on the sweater. I will be sure to give a follow up review! All in all, I hope everyone finds success with this company. I am pleased to say I did!

Absolutely the best Christmas present…

Absolutely the best Christmas present for pet lovers! The custom embroidery of our family cat captured every detail perfectly. Our children were thrilled to see their beloved pet featured on this cozy sweater. It’s become our new holiday tradition to order these as gifts.

Place is absolute garbage. Save your money. Even when they’re responsible for the mistake - they still hold that they’re no refunds or exchanges. I put 2 orders in, they messed both up and won’t do anything about it, and there goes $100

Highly Disappointed

I ordered on Dec 3rd from NC. I ordered 4 sweatshirts, (2XL), (1LG), and (1-3XL). I was supposed to receive by Christmas, as these where gifts. That didn't happen. The whole tracking site was so confusing. So, I overlooked that. The package arrived today, Dec 29th. The quality of the sweatshirts, well not good and the 3XL had NO tags in it at all,( which I found weird), and when we looked it was clearly not a 3XL, it was in fact smaller than the XL's. Highly disappointed. They did though, send me a voucher for 30% off my next pur hase. Like that would ever happen again. And sending it back is not an option. Be careful befor e purchasing from this company.

if i could put zero i would . parcel took forever to apparently leave china. never arrived. they keep sending the same email in awful english saying bad weather can delay delivery. won't engage and won't refund. avoid at all costs this is just a scam

Don't order from this site

Don't order from this site - they are lying to you about when your package will arrive. My package was supposed to arrive by Dec 22nd - there was no word from them a few days prior so I contacted and got an automated response several times before a human responded and gave me the run around (as others are saying, no refunds on anything despite the false advertisement).
Long story short - it's the 29th and my package just left the origin country.
Just order from etsy!

Oh my goodness

Oh my goodness, I am so shocked to see such poor reviews. And mainly because I experienced nothing but excellence. Even an error that I made with the initial order, was dealt with swiftly and efficiently, and I was reassured that the order had been amended. I duly waited the anticipated time for delivery, appreciating that it was overseas, and the two items, which were Personalized Embroidered Pet Face and Name Est Sweatshirt Keepsake Gift for Pet Lovers, arrived and we were pleased with the quality.

I feel duped !

If I could give this website 0 stars I would.
I ordered a Christmas pet jumper on 12th December. On the website it said order today and delivery guaranteed by 17th December.
It’s the 29th and I’ve still not received it.
I’ve contacted then and explained the jumper is no longer for for purpose.
Why would I gift my grown son a Christmas jumper in January!!
I asked they remove the hat. A some compromise.
They have ignored my request and said they have sent it. Yet the tracking shows it to be know where.
I feel duped & robbed.
Don’t order from this site.
