Disappointed as cheap transfers on brushes, cheap frayed ribbon and I thought each brush would have their own box like in the advert. I ordered 3 hair brushes, but not to the quality as perceived in the video. Definitely not worth £35, nothing special. One extremely disappointed customer who will not be returning!

This dish is lovely quality. The flowers and writing are raised and the size is slightly bigger than I expected. Really happy with my purchase which arrived quickly and well packaged. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

I ordered a personalised item some time ago thinking I was prepared to risk it being dodgy tat. I was so pleased I ordered another when it arrived. Some months later I ordered three more personalised gifts. The delicate items arrived promptly and well packaged. However, one of them had random spots in the printing finish. I emailed off expecting to never hear back. I got a very quick response with an apology and a promise a replacement would be sent. A new perfect item was received soon after. Brilliant service. I'm now a huge fan.

Ordered a customised doormat
Pictures extremely deceiving. From picture and price point I assumed it would be a heavy doormat for the front door made of usually front door mat materials, because that's what the pictures looked like. Came and it's about as good as a cheap bath mat from kmart. Pretty disappointed coz I paid over $50!!! Bullshit

I purchased online a printed personalised shirt from this company via one of their ads on Facebook. I placed my order on 06 Jan 26.

I fully understood that there would be some lead time before receiving my shirt, because it was being created to my order rather than simply being picked from a stock pile. However, I was keen to know when it would arrive because I’m a regular night shift worker, and I wanted to be sure I would be awake at the time of the delivery.
I emailed the customer service team on 11 Jan 26 - the representative who responded, Holly Adams, could not have been more helpful. I was told a forecast of expected delivery date, which turned out to be completely accurate! Not only that, but I was also kept informed about my order every step of the process and its transit to me as well 👌

I absolutely love the product too, it looks great, fits well & feels really comfortable too. I’ll definitely be looking good at future family events and parties 👌

I ordered a poster and am thrilled with the result. I provided a photo and it was printed with a background of a Van Gogh painting. It took a while to arrive because I’m in the UK, but was well packaged and certainly worth the wait. My friends love it and I’ve passed on the details.

Ordered two Christmas name decorations. Sparkly in advert but when they arrived, cheap and plastic. Wouldn’t recommend

I ordered 2 x personalised Christmas tree decorations … description does say acrylic, fine, but pics indicated they’ed glisten … well, they arrived today and are truly nasty plastic with a flat coating and no glisten at all . At £13 each …. Offer price … absolute rubbish and only fit for the bin. Pictures are 100% misleading. Will never purchase from this site again .. £26 down the drain .
