My mini cavoodle managed to completely destroy the “robust designs for everyday use” ball and string toy advertised for dogs to use and chase. I emailed to say that it happened within two days of purchase and I’d appreciate a store credit or refund for a product that didn’t live up to expectations. They avoided the request altogether after two emails and wouldn’t do anything to help or compensate. I won’t be buying from here again.

If there were no star rating I would give them that! Do not buy from this company they send cheaply made product that is faulty before you’ve even used it. Customer service is absolutely crap. Don’t bother going to PayPal to resolve the issue they are no help at all. Sick of businesses like this ripping people off with no consequences. Hindsight I should have checked reviews first…

A scam. They promise a customised product but don’t deliver any such thing. A rip off.

There is nothing ‘custom’ about the custom figurines they make, and conveniently for them, there are no refunds on customised items. I ordered a custom figurine of my beautiful Labrador that died last month. It was supposed to be part of a memorial for her. I specifically asked for the figurine to be lying down as per the photo I sent. In return, I got a sitting dog which was quite clearly based on a male dog. Don’t waste your time or money on this company - you’ll only end up disappointed.

Never received necklace. Company won't refund or replace. We supplied all evidence that it wasn't delivered. Scam.

I ordered two of the Ultimate Dirt Trapping Mat which is advertised as ideal for pets, super absorbing with anti slip backing. I paid $75 and I have received two bath mats. I asked them to send correct product but they told me I had to pay to send goods back. I complained and "Sarah" offered me a 20% discount. Further complaints and they just keep saying I have to pay to send back. This is a scam site selling poor quality products, with no customer service - Do not buy from them!! The mats I have received are not worth $75.

Very poor service.
Purchased a GPS tracker but there's no app associated for it anymore.
I emailed them and their reply was use the other app listed in the instructions. News flash you idiots, theres no other app listed!
Don't bother ordering through this place you'll be disappointed.

MISLEADING PRODUCTS AND COMPLETE LIES!

Bought 2 “indestructible” dog toys from them and they lasted 2 MINUTES with my 7 month old beagle!! No exactly a ferocious beast! I have been email “Sarah” the bot - no offer for a refund this is the response I got

Absolutely furious. Ripped off by this company. Do not buy anything from them they are dodgy. I bought a debarking collar and it took weeks to arrive. When it did, it didn’t work at all. They have refused to refund or let me send the item. Back avoid them at all costs!

I wouldn't purchase again, the product has never arrived- 'Sara' continually tells me its 'on its way' that was over month ago.

Edit- for those having trouble contact your bank and they can get the money back. This is a known scam company.

I purchased what was advertised to be a remote control battery powered mouse for my cat. The advertised pictures show the mouse being controlled by a phone app. The product they sent was not remote control, battery powered or controlled by a phone app. It was false and misleading advertising. When I contacted the company they didn’t know what they had sent, and then told me I would have to pay $35-$40 to send the product back to “the warehouse in Germany”. The product was shipped from Hong Kong. They first offered me a 10% partial refund, for a product I don’t want 😂. After many emails they are now offering 50% 😂

I have given them warning that I will be logging a complaint with relevant boards. Out of principle I do not think a company should be able to act this way.

This website is a scam. Do not spend your money here.

I recently purchased what was advertised as a large and comfy calming sofa bed from Pawfect for $79. Unfortunately, the product I received is far from what was shown in the ad. Yes, I understand it's important to check measurements, but no one would expect something marketed as a large comfy bed to arrive in a parcel the size of an A4 sheet!

It barely fits my 9kg Cavoodle – definitely not suitable for medium or large pets as the listing suggests. The images on the website are extremely misleading and do not represent the actual size or quality.

What’s worse is the lack of accountability. There was no apology, no support – just silence. I honestly don't understand how they can claim this is a “comfy bed.”

Please think twice before buying from Pawfect. I would not recommend them at all. Totally disappointing experience.

Do NOT order from this company. Don't waste your money and time. Would not recommend.

Order took 6 weeks to arrive!
Poor design, had to have the seat bucket altered by another party to get it to fit. The loops are too long and not adjustable.
Also ordered seat tether, broke within 2 months and they refuse to take responsibility, despite the inadequate quality of their goods and consumer law.

If I only I could give 0 STAR.
If you are located in AU DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This company is very difficult to deal with. I ordered 2 x dog coats after measuring my puppies. When they arrived, they were way too small even though they sent the next size up, and I requested a replacement for one. They told me to keep the coat and they would give me a 10% discount. I offered to send it back and for them to send me a larger size as I had no use for it. The return address is in Germany, even though the label on the package states it was from Sydney. Was going to cost me $34 to send back ( same price as the coat)

They are definitely dodgy and not willing to give decent customer service.

Complete rip off!
Products received are nothing like products depicted, in fact only fit for the bin and they refuse to reimburse me. Stay well clear of this mob

If I could give no stars for the review I would. I ordered a figurine of my late dog. What I received was a disgrace. It was substandard with a terrible paint job and to top it off it wasn't even the same breed and looked nothing like my dog. When asked about a refund I was offered a miserable amount of money back and was told I had to return it to Germany. Absolute disgraceful customer service and products. Warning to everyone out there - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDS. They do not send you what they advertise. They are quick to take your money but not refund when clearly they stuffed it up. Save your money people you could do a better job yourself at a plaster shop!

Scam. Scam. Scam. I ordered a personalised pet figurine. They sent a generic black dog that looks nothing like my dog or is in the position that I sent my dog. They offered to refund me 10% or for me to pay for postage back to them & then for them to never receive the product. Scam. Scam. Scam.
