We have brilliant features such as an about section, profile photo, contact details and our biggest feature "send location" which sends a notification through to the owner, pin pointing on google maps where your lost pet is. Bought pawfinda for our new puppy. It didnt work. We cancelled it several times, emailed the company. They continued to take money out our account. 6 months later they are still taking money. Our bank have put a block on them. DONT SIGN UP. THEY ARE CLEARLY DISHONEST.
We purchased a paw finder tag after seeing the benefits from one! Delivery was super fast & the quality is brilliant. It gives me peace of mind if my dog goes missing. I like you can put as much or little info on the pets profile as I know myself I wouldn’t want anyone knowing my dogs name or lots of information due to thefts. It gives the location of your vets & whoever finds your dog they can send the location direct to you which is a great feature. All of the pawfinder team have been really helpful and have great customer service. If you were interested in getting one I would 100% recommend!

All of our 7 dog tags are absolutely stunning and shipped so quickly.. the paw profiles were simple to set up, When we first set up our paw profiles we had a small issue when they were being scanned but contacted pawfinder and replied within minutes, they reached out to their tech team for us and we dealt with Dan who was a great help and very patient and helped resolve our issue out of work hours! Now you can’t beat that for customer service!
