Reliable and good customer…
Reliable tracker and good customer service. Only had an issue once and they quickly sent me a replacement tracker. Overall it has been much more reliable than the other pet trackers I have used in the past. It has never fallen off my dog's collar (which others have!) and the battery lasts a few days, and you get a handy notification on the app when it's running low. The signal of the tracker seems good in my area too (although that probably depends where you live/use it)

Fantastic is an understatement
I have tried many trackers. Pawfit is the best by far. Cheap to buy, subscription is reasonable, it’s reliable and has many additional features. Fantastic is an understatement.

We have it on our active outdoor cat
We have it on our active outdoor cat. It is extremely useful, including Find, Alarm, and especially Activity, and we used it all once when cat was locked in the public works garage. The only problems are average battery life in normal mode (3 - 4 days, so we charge it every second or third day), and sometimes system reports wrong position having 'weak gps' (sometimes up to 1 mile, but rarely, usually error is 50 - 200 ft) and it takes time to get it report 'strong gps'. I rate it as 4.5. And its really great 'piece of mind' for us. We used better collar as well and found second charger cable 'watch charger, 7.68mm'.

From the start I have been delighted with my Pawfit purchase.
Monitoring Rua's daily activity is important to ensure that he has plenty of exercise. Pawfit works so well .
What has really impressed me is the customer service - any query was answered swiftly and guidance given clearly and explicitly.

Customer Service
Had an issue with the charger on the Pawfit Lite, contacted Pawfit and in less than a few days received a replacement cable free of charge. Customer service is quick, responsive and knowledgeable of their product. Far exceeds the competition; highly recommend Pawfit!

Peace of mind and excellent value
Now my cat isn't valuable - he's not even pleasant most days - but if anything happened to him I would be really upset.
He has the neck size of a kitten so I already have to buy extra small collars for him. This tracker was the best fit available for his size and over the last year and a half it has given us peace of mind on more than one occasion.
Because he is always sticking his head where it's not wanted he has lost a couple of them - however on most occasions I have been able to retrieve the tracker from its last location accurate to within a few meters.
I now have the tracker on an elastic safety collar and this seems to be working much better I cannot fault the customer service it's excellent.
The app is so simple to use and the subscription was really good value.

Very happy user
Well into the second year of using Pawfit with our two dogs. Obviously, service is limited by 4G signal, yet it seems to work better than competitor products. Pawfit gives peace of mind when dogs are loose in the forest - and bragging rights when you can show people how far they traveled!
We have had one or two technical issues, but customer service has sorted them quickly.
Always happy to recommend Pawfit.

This could potentially be explained by your device using passive mode. Passive mode is the default tracking mode used by your tracker and you can expect updates once every 30 seconds to 2 hours. It is adjusted based on your pet's activity in order to conserve battery life as live tracking can have a negative impact on this. You can override passive mode by using Pawfit Walk or FIND mode if you require faster updates.
