Total scam ordered and paid nothing arrived did not reply to any messages. I really should read reviews before ordering

Had ordered twice before personalised oodies with no issues.

Ordered for a third time and nothing arrived, had to contact bank for a refund.

NO STAR if I could. This is a scam company. Take your money. Do not send goods. Do not communicate. They are THIEVES. I do not understand how they are still able to have the website up. Total scam artist THIEVES.
Only advertise 3 things. The old saying if it looks to good to be true it probably is, in this days language SCAM SCAM!!!!
I was lucky my bank refunded.

This is the most despicable company I have ever dealt with. The website is full of lies saying if you are not satisfied they will do everything they can to sort it out. The opposite is true, they messed my order up by getting the names wrong and they are a nightmare to deal with. They just keep going around in circles, take forever to answer emails and ask for the same info over and over again. Clearly delaying dealing with the situation. Think I will need to contact credit card company to try to get my money back. Avoid don't be tempted by good prices.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are based in Australia and order the goods from China. They take your money and the goods NEVER ARRIVE!!

Ordered harness,they said based in London....Bull, they are from China, still not received harness, contacted my bank, NO WONDER NO ONE WANTS TO DEAL WITH CHINESE.... Wish I had saw these reviews before.....

Only rating one star as I can’t rate zero stars. Ordered bulk dogfood early December, never arrived. Called and emailed with no replies. Money was deducted straight away. Will be reporting to ACCC.

Ordered a Oodie first week in December and im still waiting for it. Have had to email them another photo because apparently they did not recieve the first (thats a lie) so sent them another photo. Still haven't recieved my Oodie. So emailed again, heard nothing back. Money was deducted straight away. Funny that!!! This was meant to be a Christmas present!! Would not recommend this company.

Terrible! Firstly his harness arrived pink not red, they argued it was red. Then Harness allegedly had a lifetime guarantee but snapped after a few uses and they are just ignoring me. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

Do not order from these people, they are thieves. They do not reply to emails and do not deliver items that have been ordered and paid for, they are disgraceful / save your money and spend somewhere else.

I ordered two NON PULL harnesses for our large dogs, one broke they replaced it instantly , the other one broke in a different way and after sending 4/5 emails no response. Lets me honest they dont stop your dogs pulling they help but only a little The customer service this time is disgraceful

Harness broke will replace it but at £9.95 postage so much for life time guarentee DONT BUY

Do not bother I brought a no pull harness that my dog pulled and i ended up with lead and harness and no dog. Contacted customer service and asked them if I was using it wrong added pictures they offered me a new one which I turned down first of all as I have lost all confidence in using it they told me the don’t do refunds I then said just send me a new one they replied it will cost you to postage £8.95. Now I have told them not to bother

I ordered a harness for my French bulldog , I knew it wouldn’t arrive straight away however after nearly two weeks and I hadn’t received the product I emailed them to see if they had sent it , no response to my email so I bought another one for my dog from somewhere else. It then arrives on Thursday and I email them again explaining the situation and as I haven’t unpackaged the harness and my dogs name is not in it for me to send it back however they were super quick to email me that I could not return it. Really disgusted in the service wish I had checked trust pilot before purchasing 😡😡

This is not a UK based company the product is cheap at a premium rate to the UK market. If I wanted cheap nasty Chinese tat for my puppy then I would have used a direct site this company needs a zero the item is a waste of money

If I could have put zero I would have!! Firstly this company is NOT IN THE UK! secondly I ordered an item on the 27th of December and still have nothing! Even after numerous emails and a promise of a refund ages ago I still have nothing! Please do not use this company it’s fraudulent

If I could less, I would...ordered from this company months ago, I have a tracking link which leads to a page saying 'status unknown' and nothing more. Constant excuses and advice to just 'wait' for my product to update on the tracking page but nothing. AVOID! Still got no idea when or even IF I will receive my item and if/when I do what the quality will be like.

Ordered hoodie for Xmas present on December 7th still haven’t received it when you contact them they have every excuse you can think of and refuse to refund

Absolute SCAM. Ordered my item beginning of December. I received no communication from the company. I was buying the item as a Christmas present for my mother. The week before Christmas I emailed to ask when it would arrive. They apologised for the delay and said it was due to staff shortages and said it would arrive soon. Christmas comes and goes, still no sign of it. Parcel eventually arrives on the 18th of January, no tracking information, it just turned up nearly 7 WEEKS after I ordered. The product came and it is honestly horrible, too embarrassing to give as a gift. The pink hoodie has thick black stitching all over. Half the hem has been left raw and is coming apart from the lining and I don't think there is a single line of stitching that isn't botched. It is thin and the material is cheap. I contacted the company and provided photographs of the faulty item and explained the situation (very politely) and asked for a refund. They offered a replacement but I informed them that since they took so long to send the first one, a refund is no longer suitable as it will likely be February by the time it comes and Christmas will be long gone. Company refuses this, sends me about 5 emails saying they will send a replacement. I repeatedly asked them not to do this and refund my money. They only offered to refund 50% which is absurd and an absolute SCAM considering this is entirely their fault. I have contacted the consumer ombudsman and will be pursuing further to receive a 100% refund.
