The product includes a detailed size guide in both the product description and images to help customers choose the correct size before ordering. According to our Returns Policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
Although we were unable to offer a return in this case, we did offer a 10% discount on a future order as a gesture of goodwill.
