Very helpful staff after difficulty getting delivery to Scotland re insulin for my dog they did a great job of delivering it for me via Royal Mail..only one small complaint would be packaging could maybe have done with more sorba freeze packs and marked as refrigerated goods but apart from that very happy with purchase👍👍 thankyou

From buying on the website to a quick delivery just one thing that it would be good if you offered a subscription service for your products and the cost a little bit cheaper with maybe free delivery for products over £20.00 I would be interested in this if you offered it .oh and my dog loves the food .
