If it offered zero stars, i'd give zero. The story is compelling. Ordered the wrong mat size. My fault. Asked about swap. I needed to return it to China, pay shipping, and then pay difference. I asked to simply return it. Nope. Still have to pay shipping which is half the amount of the product. So this is simple: Heads I win, tails you lose. It's $40 to ship to china. The mats are absolute nonsense. If you want to donate $80 to a company making a product in china, this is great. Otherwise, pass on these.

I ordered two "cooling mats" and one "cooling vest" on July 4. It is now July 29, and there is no sign of these items. In the meantime, Pawlabs has asked me to review the missing items three times - apparently it, too, thinks I should have the items by now. I told them this when they asked me to review and all they did was had me "set a reminder" to check in 7 days. This is utterly ridiculous. I would be VERY careful buying from this company.
