Do NOT purchase from this place!!! Their customer service is AWFUL. I waited months for a blanket for my grandma and when it got here it was a custom blanket for someone else completely. Afterwards, I asked them to simply remake it for me seeings as my grandma opened up the blanket on our Christmas gift exchange (we had to make it a month late at the end of Jan bc her gift went here till then and shipping was expected end of November) and she fell in love with it. Instead of remaking it for me they gave me a refund and told me to reorder it. Now it’s no longer free shipping so I am paying MORE to get my blanket remade!!!! This company is TRASH and once I actually get this order for my grandmother that I am paying MORE for, I will NEVER order here again.

I ordered 3 canvasses and they came on a printed piece of material all 3 attached together and zero canvas in sight!
The company refuses refunds.

Dear lord!!!

Dear lord!!!! Don't buy from these people. I have now been waiting 2 months for a pair socks. They are apparently in Canada customs right now, but I don't know anything else. They probably tried to smuggle in a Covid-19 invested bat in my socks for all I know. 18 June 2020 today and I ordered them 15 Apr 2020. Today I just got a fraud email from DHL saying my package needs to be released for delivery, if I just click here!!?!?! Again stay away from all China online buying in my opinion.

The WORST COMPANY DO NOT USE

The WORST!!!!! My fault initially for not noticing this company is from China. Ordered a pillow 3 months ago and still isn’t here . Write them all the time and the just give me the run around. Asked for my money back and have not heard anything.

Please don’t make the mistake I made by buying anything from China. There are plenty of legit companies in the United States that can provide this service. BUY AMERICAN NOT FROM CHINA, NOTHING EVER AGAIN 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE this company

I wish I could give this company 10 stars. My 3D crystals were absolutely beautiful. At first, there were issues with the quality of the photo but that was no fault of Pawlibra and the customer service rep was so nice to work with. The crystals came beautifully packaged and my family was amazed. I will definitely use this company again and again. I highly recommend Pawlibra if you are wanting uniqueness as well as great quality and price!!

Poor customer service - constant lieing

Ordered item on January 28th for a birthday on February 9th. Still have not recieved item. Contacted them every week since February first since I never received confirmation. Customer service every week since said it would ship in 5 to 7 days. This was stated 3 times. Today is nearing the end of the week and yet again no shipment message. It has been 30 days since my order. Do not shop through this site.

They scammed me

They scammed me. I ordered 5 pillows on december. A month after they recognized that the parcel was lost and offered me a full refund which I accepted. Its been about a month and they didnt gave me my money, and now they refuse to communicate.

Took SO long to arrive.

Took SO long to arrive.. didn’t realize the product was coming from China. Once it did arrive, the “queen sized” blanket was the size of a throw and so thin. Terrible quality.

Great quality, needs to work on service.

The print quality of Pawlibra is excellent! = ) The images display beautifully on the chosen fabric for their fleece blanket.

However, if you do not ensure that the image is the exact dimensions of the blanket listed to the side when you order, before you submit it for printing it will be cropped to fit, this means some of the image will be missing.

According to their FAQ section when a misprint occurs, they are supposed to reprint the correct image at no further cost, this unfortunately was not my experience, after much communication back and forth (the company offering refunds that were a 10th of what I initially paid) I eventually came to the arrangement of having to pay extra and submit a new image to get the desired product result.

I feel this could have been handled much better (and to be honest should not have happened in the first place as it could have easily been resolved through communication before printing when the issue would have been first apparent).

In short, a mixed review. Good quality, but poor planning and seemingly more interested in money and saving time/effort than in customer satisfaction. Will most likely not purchase from them again due to this.

Pawlibra sells garbage

I would give this company no stars if I could. I ordered two beach towels from them. After a month of waiting (turns out they were coming from China), my order came in. What I got looked like dust rags. Razor thin material with edges that were serged instead of fully finished. I ordered towels as gifts and was too embarrassed to give them. I contacted Pawlibra with a photo of what they had sent me and asked them for a return and a refund. They replied with a stock email asking me to show them what was wrong with their product, so clearly they had ignored the content of my first email. Still, I made a video showing their rags, with an actual towel next to them for comparison. They replied that they were willing to give me a 20% refund. I asked them to stand behind their product and take their rags back for a full refund. They told me the rags had no resale value because they had a custom design, so they would only offer 20% back. I've got news for Pawlibra: their product has no resale value because it's garbage. I am so upset about the money I lost that I am reviewing Pawlibra wherever possible in the hopes that no one else gets duped like I did.

It’s a scam!

BUYER BEWARE! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company.

I didn’t know that the pillows are made in China and the shipping process is HORRIBLE. I ordered a pillow as a gift for Christmas back in November and it ended up arriving the DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS.

When the pillow came, it was the tiniest, cheapest thing I’ve ever seen. Don’t order from this company, but if you must, order two sizes bigger than what you think you need.

This company is a complete sham.

Not sure why so many complaints - the website says shipping takes 7 to 20 business days. I ordered the week of Thanksgiving and had it a few days before Christmas. I ordered 2 pillows. They were soft and clean, and a run through the dryer fluffed them up fine from being squished in their package for shipping. The pictures were clear and reflected the quality of the photos I sent them. My kids loved them - one of their favorite gifts under the tree. Are they the highest quality pillows I could have gotten? Lord no, but for $20 each, I was totally happy with them.

Beware!! Don't order from this company!!!!!

I'm so disappointed that I made such a big mistake by ordering a phone case from this company. Very poor customer service. I ordered a case on Oct 29th and till now I haven't received it. They claim on their website to receive items in 7 to 20 business days, but it's all fake. DO NOT FALL IN THEIR LOW PRICING TACTICS. When I inquired about my item they are asking me to be patient. How long should I wait to get a phone case????? I didn't check the reviews before making this order. I request others not to make the same mistake as I made.

I ordered the blanket on October 17th, still not here on November 23rd. When I reached out the company said it would have come last week or the week before, was very unhelpful and rude. I chose this company because it was a little cheaper than alternative companies, a huge mistake.

Pawlibra printed half of the face of my dog on the socks that I ordered and then offered me 15% off for their screw up. I told them that was unsatisfactory and that I could settle for them just doing it over and having the full face of the animal but they countered with 30% off. Not only do they not do what they claim to do but they slap you in the face once they have stolen your money by delivering a trash product. Do not order from here, try a competitor like gopupsocks.com, socksery.com, myphotosocks.com, or literally anyone else. This was the single worst customer service exchange I have had in year, I would highly recommend you NOT do business with them. I will be posting this to every review site possible as well as reporting them to the Better Business Bureau in hopes that I save at least 1 other person the hassle I have had dealing with this unethical and slimy organization.
