What I received wasn't what I ordered

What I received wasn't what I ordered. Not even any resemblance to the order I placed.
I have tried on numerous occasions to reach out and seek a resolution. I have been ignored. Nothing.
Extremely disappointed.
Do not purchase anything from this company.

The Bad

The Bad: You will never get a response. The status of your order says 'Assigning a designer" for days. BEWARE! You will purchase and your money went to the abyss. Best to get your money back.

I feel there is only one "Elf" that is working this year. In general this ain't that difficult to make but I support businesses who do this kind of work.

The Good: Their marketing is spot on. Seems like their website is decent. Their work, based on "reviews" all looks good. The company has zero communication skills and it appears to be ran by one person. Dont even bother going with this company. You have been warned.

NEVER AGAIN!!

I placed an order in OCTOBER and they had no problem taking my money within days. Here it is nearly 12-25 and I have yet to receive the item or even the “preview” I paid for. I would warn against using this company. Not sure what happened because last year I was very satisfied with a portrait I had done. Now, I can’t even get a response. SHAME ON YOU PAWMOMENTS!! It’s the Christmas season so I will remain kind. I hope whoever stole my money was really in need of it. Just remember, KARMA is a B**CH!!

1 star is too many

1 star is too many.
I wish I could give them a lower review. ZERO communication. Actually, I take that back...They are GREAT at sending way too many marketing emails both before, during and after the purchase. Then you get nothing. Nothing at all. No responses whatsoever. If you thinking of ordering from them after reading these reviews, you deserve to deal with them.

Expensive, and bad, Photoshopping

This is a complete let down. All they're doing is photoshopping pictures of your person/pet onto a template then printing it. The size of the head, angle, shading does not even align to the body. They don't bother, it's a copy and paste, shrink/expand/save/print job. I know high schoolers that could photoshop better. I should've read the other one-stars before committing to ordering. It's a shame. It had potential. Kudos to the advertising at making it look worthwhile. Don't waste your money.

I have been waiting to get a response…

I have been waiting to get a response for weeks. The responses I have gotten were generic and didn’t solve anything. They were also spaced out by about 2-3 weeks each. The customer service is disgusting if you aren’t happy with your product.

I made my order 12-3-20. I received an email stating that my photo would not work on 12-21-20 and asked to send another. I responded saying that I had hoped the photo would work, but unfortunately if it didn’t then I would need a refund as the dog I sent in the photo passed away 2 weeks after I made the order and we didn’t have any other photos that would meet the guidelines. ( I wanted this portrait specifically because I knew our dog was nearing his time, and wanted to give it to my fiancé. )

I then received no response, only an automatic l-response sounding email with the preview of the portrait stating that it had shipped. It was terrible. The photo of my fiancé’s head looked like it was cropped and pasted with windows paint, and my dog’s snout was partially cropped out which made no sense to me. I immediately sent an email saying that I didn’t want the portrait, Again! Especially after I saw the preview. I then received an email asking for photos of what was wrong with the portrait, which I sent.

The last response I that received was on 1-8-21. Still not a single answer even after I sent probably 4-5 emails. This is appalling. Nearly $100 dollars down the drain for a poorly cropped and pasted print on canvas. I don’t have a clue how there haven’t been more dissatisfied customers.

After 2 months I’m still waiting for response....

From placing the order and paying extra to review the artwork I waited 15 days before initial contact when I was told I would receive the artwork wishing 3-5 days. From there after queries I was sent the artwork after another 5-7 days. The artwork was shoddy photoshop which did not fit with the portraits style and looked awful so at this point I’m not happy with anything I’ve received from the company. This was a gift which was also going to end up being a month late due to the set backs incurred by the company. I have asked for a refund and since then radio silence. Absolutely disgusting scam company

Zero Stars. Don't let them steal your money!

Less than one star! Ordered product on December 1st, paid extra to review the artwork before it went to production, website says proof will be sent to you within 72 hours... more than two weeks later I got the proof. The artwork was terrible. It looks as if they had literally just copy and pasted the photos without editing them whatsoever and they did not look like they belonged in the painting.

I immediately emailed back saying I was not happy with the artwork and that I would like to cancel my order. Three days went by and I didn't hear anything so I used the "Contact Us" form to ask/make sure my refund was being processed. A week after that I had STILL not hear from anyone so I used the "Contact US" from and emailed their support email asking if someone could please get back to me. This was the week of/after Christmas so I thought maybe it was just the holiday rush and was trying to be patient. That day I received a stock email saying "You recently placed an order with us and we were wondering how you like it?" to which I responded with my complaint/problem. To my surprise I got an email back that day from someone names Princess who said my refund request had been assigned to a team member and I would hear from them within 24-48 hours to confirm. I thought I was finally getting somewhere...

Fast forward to a week later and I still hadn't heard from anyone about my refund, so I responded to Princess' email again, inquiring. Another week went by without any contact so I submitted another "Contact Us" form detailing my problems so far. I then received another email from Princess (which I know know is a generic/stock email for customers requesting refunds), again saying someone would reach out within 24-48 hours.

That was now two weeks ago again and I still haven't heard from anyone. This whole process started December 19th which means it has been over a month for any real person to reach out to me about my refund request. I was being patient around the holidays, but it's almost the end of January and I'm started to get really annoyed.

I've also tried calling their phone number multiple times. The first few times the call wouldn't even go through, and now there is just a recorded message saying they are busy, and directing you to use the "Contact Us" form where a representative would get back to you within 24 hours.

This company is a joke, don't let them steal your money. I don't know what else to do.

A Christmas gift that’s still not with…

A Christmas gift that’s still not with me, instead I just get an occasional brief email from Princess telling me nothing. She has now gone extra quiet. I ordered at least 2 plus months ago. Money taken, print nowhere to be found! My advice would be avoid, avoid. I wish I had. They are sharks.

DODGY AS HELL

DODGY AS HELL. Appalling service. Purchased item early December as a Christmas gift. Emailed and emailed with detailed questions. Occasionally a response which started “Hello my name is Princess” email arrived saying they’d look into the concerns raised, they never were. No item, would not acknowledge any request for the item or a refund. Had to resort to disputing the payment with PayPal.
You cannot call them either as their phone number seems fake. PLEASE AVOID THEM.

Poor quality, even poorer customer service!

Not even worth 1 star!

I placed an order in November 2020 as a Christmas present. It arrived in time, but I was very disappointed by the outcome. The image was so dark at the bottom that it was very difficult to find my Chocolate Lab and see that he was wearing a crown! Additionally, the hand on the man was very pale and unnatural -- it looked like a cadaver hand!

When I made my purchase, I expected that the designers would have given me the courtesy to warn me that it would be so dark and perhaps suggested a change. Had I known that my order would have turned out this bad, I would have either cancelled it or changed to a different design.

I have made several attempts to contact Paw Moments to request either a redesign or a refund, but have received no response whatsoever. This is very frustrating and I am disgusted by extremely poor customer service I have received.

Cool idea, but don't waste your time or money!!!!

One more single star for this company…

One more single star for this company after a terrible experience. Like many others, I wish it could be zero stars.

I ordered a portrait and sent in photos per the specs. They sent it to me for review after an incredibly long time — I wasn’t waiting around to check my email and missed it. I stumbled upon it a day or so later along with another email that said since I hadn’t responded they were sending it to production. I immediately looked at it and noticed a ton of issues (dog was comically out of proportion, the paws were cut off so he had no feet, etc.) and asked them to hold off. No response. I sent about five more emails. No response. I tried to call. No response because the phone number on the site is out of service. I sent more emails. No response. I tried to submit a request through their website. No response.

During all of this, I continued to get emails from them about how my portrait was in production and then later had been shipped.

I’m a lawyer and am currently in the process of trying to track down the country in which this company is physically located so that I can report them to the proper agency. Someone will get them sooner or later and I would like to assist in that process.

BUYER BEWARE. Comically bad at what they do.

I ordered in lid to late November prior to the Christmas deadline. I immediately had three communications from the company detailing next steps, so I thought all was well. A few days later, they asked for more pictures. I sent them immediately thereafter.

After that? Radio silence. I started getting concerned to I went to their page and saw others commenting that they had no communication either. Paw moments stopped responded to me. Eventually, they responded and said they were overwhelmed and promised a tracking number within in 4 days. About 6 days later (and after I escalated my PayPal claim), I got a tracking number and a preview of the portrait they sent.

Y’all. OH MY GOD. The face and the hands do not match (Brown face, white hands) and the animals were not even remotely blended into the portrait. I’m not just being fussy either. It should be a fail meme.

Paw Moments asked if I wanted it redone. I said “no” because it’s apparent that the person that did mine has zero command of the software theyre using. I asked for a refund. I’m trying to get it through PayPal.

Also, they’ve either blocked me from commenting or locked comments altogether. They deleted dozens of negative comments by me and others the last week or so. Oh! And they blocked me on messenger 😆

Just don’t do it.

Also, I have receipts, Paw Moments.

Dont embarrass yourself.
