By far the best most compassionate company we have ever encountered

We did our research when looking for a wheel chair for our partially paralyzed pup, when coming across pawpettz.

Unfortunately our pup passed away before could receive the wheelchair for him.

The quick, compassionate and personalized response we got back, and without questions they cancelled the order and refunded us.

Without a doubt we will be recommending and spreading the word on this company to others.

I ordered a harness for my disabled senior dog. We needed a way to get him down the stairs to bed which proved to be increasingly difficult because of his severe arthritis and illness. However, he died before the harness arrived which truly broke my heart. Pawpattz was not only sympathetic to our situation but also sent me a label to ship the package back to them for a full refund. They covered the full cost of shipping, both ways. This is why I will always make Pawpattz my first stop for my pets needs. Especially thanks to Soren whose kindness I am grateful for.

The personal attention this company has provided, helping me figure out how to accommodate progressive degenerative myelopathy in my older shepherd. If something is not quite the right fit it is easily returnable with help finding alternatives. I say this hoping folks are considerate about removing fur etc so the item can be re-sold by this small but excellent company. Their harnesses and foot gear have given me a lot to choose from and I am extra grateful! There is a lot more to choose from depending on your animal's needs. Dealing with PawPattz is like going in to a local hardware store where you know the owners and get expert advice, vs going to a larger conglomerate where it is hit or miss. Thank you to PawPattz. I purchased this wheelchair for my senior dog who couldn’t walk due to patella luxation and arthritis. After using this wheelchair, he was able to walk wherever he wanted again and could even stand while eating for the first time since his front leg injuries.

The wheelchair is very sturdy and easy to adjust for a perfect fit. The customer service team was also excellent—they responded quickly to all my questions about sizing and weight both before and after my purchase.

I have tried two other wheelchairs before this one, but this is by far the best fit for my dog.

I had the unfortunate experience of my package being misdelivered by the carrier and the recipient would not relinquish the package. Soren was kind, understanding, responsive and worked with me every step of the way to attempt to rectify the issue. They shipped a replacement before we were able to get to the bottom of it. Now that I’ve received them the weather has now warmed up so I haven’t had the opportunity to use them but they do appear to be great quality. Nice thick straps for the suspenders and the shoe appears to be durable. Thank you PawPattz and Soren!

While the product sadly didn’t fit my XXL (small bear sized) German Shepard, it appeared to be high quality. The XL was only a near miss in fitting him. I realy like the concept and believe it would have made a world of difference. I contact the seller and they immediately responded and helped me make it right. If there were a bigger size I would have ordered without hesitation. Thank you for the quick response and great customer service.

Pawpattz is one head of a hydra-like Chinese company absolutely ripping off every small business they can steal ideas from. Every SINGLE time we go through the arduous process of reporting them for trademark violations/copyright infringement/counterfeit products, they duck under the surface, and in a month or so, 2-3 brand new random pet-associated websites quietly emerge.

They are so bold as to copy and paste images and text from our website.

There is no way to enforce any type of accountability for an international predatory corporation like the one hiding behind this fake business

This is a Chinese company trading in UK under a British Company name. The website appears to be British but it is not. This is a Chinese company and the products are sent from China. Poor quality and not fit for purpose. To return faulty items you have to post them to China. Disgraceful
