The jigsaw was excellent quality
The jigsaw was excellent quality, picture was brilliant quality too. The only thing to let it down was the box it came in, that was because it could be squashed easily and it was slightly squashed in the post. Would buy again though the box has not put me off.

Many thanks for your review.
Our apologies for the box getting squashed during transit by Royal Mail, we had such a huge demand for the jigsaws prior to Christmas that our regular supplier of the stronger boxes ran out of stock so we had to seek alternative supplies which were very hard to come by at such a busy time of year.
However, I am very pleased to say we have now resolved this issue and going forward, our gift boxes will be printed with the same image as the jigsaw and sent flat packed with the jigsaw pieces in a sealed plastic bag so once received, the box can be popped together and the jigsaw put inside, hence avoiding any damage to the box during transit.

Great customer service,and quality of wrapping paper
I ordered reindeer christmas wrapping paper,due too covid I was worried about receiving it,as also didn't realise I had cut it fine for printing too,spoke too customer service,who was extremely helpful,my paper turned up before time,ive wrapped presents and they look stunning,the paper is nice and thick,it doesn't tare,and was easy too use,with the added bonus you can order a large amount so you don't have too worry about joining it,how ever I did have too due too present being large,but still looks lovely,thankyou too the customer service lady who put my mind at rest,as panicked it would be here for Christmas.
