PawSeat!! You guys definitely rocked it out of earth with this invention! PawSeat is so convenient for families with small pups. In addition the stylish concept is as adorable as any featured pup traveling inside. Fits perfectly In between car seats or in the back securely strapped. Thank you for this incredible investment. My mini dachshund loves it

My mini dachshund loves it! She loves to go and now that she can see out safely, makes us much more comfortable in the car! We had trouble with the snap and zipper on the first one, but within a few days there was a replacement! Excellent quality and customer service!

Thank you Pawseat!

My new Pawseat arrived within just a few days of ordering it. Although I had a challenging time figuring out how to get the zipping process started, the video helped with the rest of the process and the zipper worked well once I figured out how to get it going. My dog absolutely loves the car seat! Although he is about 2 pounds over the 13 pound limit it still works just fine for him. He seems to feel quite secure and really enjoys himself sitting front and center with us humans ;-) Thank you, Pawseat for a wonderful product.

Excellent customer service!

The customer service at this company is excellent! There was a slight delay in shipment (by about a week....not unreasonable) and I was offered the choice to cancel the order or receive a discount. This was all handled proactively. I had an additional question and my inquiry was answered promptly and professionally. Very impressed.

Happy Pup, makes happy pup parents.

Happy to report after having a delivery wrong address issue. PawSeat stepped up to resolve the problem. We now have the car seat & are pup is really enjoying the car seat. Its peace of mind knowing are little girl is safe while traveling.
Thank you PawSeat for a great product.

Terrible customer service

I purchased a paw seat in December 2022 and it NEVER arrived. I have sent numerous emails and have not received any response. Would NOT recommend this company. Terrible customer service. I

First off, I'm terribly sorry you've had such an experience. Could you please clarify which email you've been sending your messages to, and possibly send another email, since unfortunately we're unable to find your order by name?

Our only customer care email that we use is CustomerCare@PawSeat.com and we do respond to all messages within 24 hours. We also have our customer support over facebook as well if that's preferred!

If you've indeed placed your order with us and have not received it, we'll be more than happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Once again, I'm sorry for the poor experience you've had and I hope we can make this right!

PawSeat? More like PawLauncher

I purchased two of these for my Shihtzu x poodle mix. She's around 5lbs and she ripped the strap off the Pawseat simply moving around to get comfy. I felt sick, had we go into an accident, my dog is loaded up like a catapult to go out the windshield. She was in the backseat before.

Anyways, Pawseat don't give a s**t. I wrote them and they replied with a 50% discount for 100% unsafe and defective item. I run a business myself, if you sell some crap like this you NEED to make it right. If my dog had died using this product I'd be driving your office right now.

You guys suck and you obviously hate animals.

UPDATE: They claim to have sent a new seat but it hasn't arrived and I've just requested a refund as they didn't send me the 50% refund either. Just buy from another company. These guys are brutal.

We purchased a Paw Seat

We purchased a Paw Seat. Unfortunately, it did not work for our car.

We were very satisfied with the product quality and workmanship.

Despite returning the paw seat, we received thoughtful and excellent customer service. They offer return options and support The Humane Society.

I highly recommend and will do business with Paw Seat in the future.

It’s perfect!

Not only was the service excellent but the product is exactly as advertised! My dog loves it. Nice quality. It sits her up nice and high so she can see but close to me so she’s content. It holds her comfortably so she feels secure but can still stand and stretch when she needs to. I’m so glad I bought it.

It took over 3 weeks for the seat to…

It took over 3 weeks for the seat to arrive. Upon arrival I installed the seat in my vehicle for my miniature dachshund. The seat is too short to accommodate my miniature dachshund and the snaps that hold the front of the seat closed keep coming undone while I'm driving. I tried to return the seat for a refund. I had 2 choices: keep the seat to gift to someone else and get a 50% refund or return the seat for a full refund. Unfortunately to return the seat for a full refund you have to pay for shipping it to California. The cost of shipping was more than half of what I paid for the seat. So I am stuck with just a 50% refund for a seat I can't use and don't feel I can give to anyone because the front flap will not stayed closed.
