Good Qualty exactly as expected

I placed my order Oct. 24th for 3 sweaters/t-shirts for Christmas 2025 and never received it. After a month, I reached out to customer service to tell them I had not received my order and ask for a tracking number. They said they followed up with the carrier and asked me to let them know in 7 days if it does not arrive. After 4 days they sent me an email and said they “closed my ticket.” I wrote back twice and they don’t respond. I have to file a claim now with Visa. The merchandise was never received. This is a scam site. DO NOT ORDER FROM PAWSIONATE. It said it comes from California on the site. It is a SCAM.

Am sooo happy the cup I ordered for my daughter and her dog just love it made me cry thank you so much make’s Christmas more special seeing her face Christmas Day xx

Bought Christmas sweatshirt quality of material was so bad that I thought this is a scamI would never ever wear it quality so bad I’d be too embarrassed contacted customer services for refund absolutely no chance only offer was money off I took if because usual Chinese company policy I though I was dealing with an American company but no chance wouldn’t ha bought it if I’d known it was Chinese company

Shipping from china takes too long. I like the product.

I placed an order on October 31st way in time to receive it for Christmas but have never received my order. Extremely disappointed.

Not received goods. After waiting 5 weeks, messaged to find out where my order was. They said they disposed of it as I didn’t give my house number (provided address, email , phone number). Other companies would not let you proceed if you missed something out such as a house number. So not sure if this is my error or theirs. No one contacted me to ask for house number , just apparently disposed of my two jumpers (£58 with delivery). When I emailed, they said if I pay another £35 they would send the goods (apparently remake them!!) Numerous emails and they are not interested, just an automated message saying the address is wrong. Tracking now says they have delivered the goods but I have not received them. Very disappointing as this was a Christmas gift. Most companies would do their utmost to deliver, knowing it is personalised and a Christmas gift. I will update if the company either reimburses me or delivers the goods. Very sad indeed! I was really looking forward to this gift.
And please see the reply below from ‘Pawsionate’ - I have emailed a number of times over a week. Still refusing to deliver and just want me to pay an extra £35. So no interest in resolving the situation….. I have also filled out a form on the below web page but again no response. I am unable to reply to your response below………
After filling out the complaint form again as you suggested below, I have waited the 48 hours and again no response from you (11/12/25). So this reply below is just to make it look as though the company want to resolve and sort my order…………. Very poor and trying to deceive people reading these comments.

Great tracking notifications, terrible product sweater is paper thin material and very poor quality. Customer service offered 30% refund as a goodwill gesture but id rather warn people not to buy their terrible sweater product

Fast delivery

Christmas Ornament arrived completely broken, my Daughter's head had snapped off and the 2025 was in half. I emailed with photo evidence and was promised a full refund. 2 weeks later and no refund has been received, plus all attempts at communication are now being ignored.

The personalised image and text on the jumper was as advertised but the quality of the material was so poor and thin it is certainly not worth the price. Shipped from and made in China.

Everything was perfect. Shipping updates, speed of delivery, actual product. Wonderful. Only issue...batteries run out sooooo fast. Literally left on for two evenings and stopped working. And they are not batteries I can easily replace. You need to sell these batteries, or look for longer style. I have battery operated candles that last for a full month.

This is my only issue with your product anf frankly ..its a big one. I had decided to buy 5 more of these for other passed animals going way back....but without the candle. ..they not nearly as special.

Please help me resolve this.

The product I paid a ridiculous $38 for is NOT what was pictured on the website. The dinky pale image printed as a transfer and ironed on to the hat is ridiculously small. Not what is pictured on the web site. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Fast delivery great product quality . I received the phone case cover with a photo of my golden retriever . I showed it to everybody I know and they were so impressed they will be ordering for gifts for their family.

The item received is even nicer than in the photos, the shipment was fast with constant tracking updates, I would deffinitely recommend it for all animal lovers, really nice gift ideas for yourself or loved ones

All three items i ordered were excellent. The price was good and the tracking was so good it was getting a bit too much. Still it was nice to know where the items were as they travelled. Very pleased
