Shipping dates were wrong, no communication, have not received my order. It’s a scam for sure.

Great T-shirt design that was easy to customize for my wife. I imagine it will be one of her favorite Christmas gifts.

Placed order on pawsionate after researching reviews and delivery of 5-7 days wasn't terrible but not great either so i ordered on the 11th and was picked up by the carrier early am on the 12th ,so original delivery date was 18th-20th then 20th-23rd and now it's 23rd-28th its ridiculous and I won't be ordering anything from them again

Continuous follow up emails letting you know the status of your order. Very amusing emails, you'll have to see them to understand. Class act 100%

After waiting 10 day I received someone elses product. There is not a phone number to call to correct the situation. They sent multipled promotioal emails every day. They should spend more time on customer service and less in promotion.

Total scam item didn’t arrive and says it’s another $20 to have it resent

Mug was exactly as advertised with good quality printing. Great communication throughout with updates almost every day. Arrived exactly when promised.

They take your money, claim to be in USA, send plenty updates all same, so as I say take your money then order product from china at a quarter of price and you get Chinese rubbish. Well supposed to get Chinese rubbish but nothing arrives.They answer e mails up until they run out of lies.So your orders come from china your charged inflated prices and get sometimes rubbish.SCAM

Never received the order! I order the item THREE WEEKS AGO. It was promised between 12/11 through 12/16/2025!! I filed two complaints with Pawsionate. Then I filed a claim with my bank to reverse payment I made.

Good product selection and fast easy ordering website easy to navigate.

The item took a long time to arrive not a major problem but when it arrived it was incomplete (no lighting mechanism) so I made a complaint which has been pretty much ignored apart from them asking if I wanted a replacement or a refund, I asked for a refund but have heard nothing since!

The product I ordered was just OK at best but very much over-priced. The rest of the purchase process was very poor. I received daily shipping "updates" which were totally useless. There were also a series of inane "progress reports" that were a complete waste of time. I will never place another order with Pawsionate.
