Fantastic dog trainer

Dawn was excellent with our rescue dog Hank who had no training at all on a lead when he came to us and was also reactive. Thanks to Dawn he is great on a lead and now plays with other dogs. Dawn was also great in putting us onto someone to help with his food allergies. Dawn really takes the time to get to know your dog individually . I love that she does so much to raise funds for a variety of animal rescues also

A superb dog trainer / behaviouralist

A superb dog trainer / behaviouralist. Probably due to past trauma, our dog has an allodynia like response to touch she hasn't initiated, with much patience and love she has realised that she is safe with us, but is very cautious with those she doesn't know, sometimes she can respond with a bite if cornered. Dawn provided a detailed assessment, offering a range of enrichment activities and advice to help our dog destress and better appreciate the good in people and her environment. Can not recommend enough.

Several complaints about this company:

Several complaints about this company:
1. Paid for 3 lessons, not cheap, 2 out of 3 were ok. But the 3rd lesson was almost entirely taken up with the lady taking photos of our dogs for her Facebook page. Basically just when the dogs were starting to get somewhere it all stopped.
2. Lots of tat handed out, again mainly for the benefit of her pictures for her Facebook page. No consideration of issuing single use plastics. No consideration of environment. Lots of straight to landfill tat.
3. Everything centred on Facebook. Not a serious company with a proper website or discussion forums. Everything was “if you need more help with x then go to this fb group” if you want y go to that fb group. Welcome to 2007! Who uses Facebook any more?
