You should feel ashamed of yourself

Rip off and false advertisement for prices.
The website says the cost to have a private ceremony would be approx $600 and I entered my address and when someone called me I get a quote for $1700. When I asked why is it so much difference the response was “due to area” unsure how $1100 for fuel and travel can be reasonable. I am going through a hard time loosing my fur baby and you take the opportunity to try to rip me off. You should feel ashamed of yourself.

Very unfriendly

I have been to this store in Warsash to purchase various pet products for the past 5 years and I find the lady there to be miserable and rude. She has a huge chip on her shoulder and I will no longer use the store. Other local people have said the same.
