Paws Plus One donated one of their good quality Dog beds to our fundraising auction at UK-German Shepherd Rescue to help us raise much needed funds. The dog bed was nice and large so great for big dogs.
Kudos for the fantastic customer service! In the face of issues with product supply and courier delivery which were out of the control of Paws Plus One, they went out of their way to rectify, inform me of progress exactly when they promised, and do their utmost to effect delivery of my purchase. Couldn't have asked for better attention. When my chosen replacement product came up cheaper than the original (which was discontinued) the refund of the difference was in my PayPal account before I could blink.
So nice to deal with actual people, giving real help, and not sending scripted platitudes!
