I was so busy running errands before a trip and i reached out to pawsport concierge last minute to pick up my dogs medication and they were so quick to respond and managed to pick it up and deliver on the same day!! So grateful and will definitely be using their other services in the future

Pawsport Concierge helped me so much with my 5 year old Yorkshire Terrier. He had a lump on his tail and the first vet I went to told me it was just an abscess, that it should burst and heal by itself. I really didn’t feel confident with this diagnosis and my dog was in pain, I was so over the place and could even think where to find qualified vet etc…I contacted Pawsport Concierge because I wanted help on organising everything.

They found me a really good vet very quickly and it turned out it was not an abscess at all, it was a tumor and my dog needed an urgent operation.

And honestly when you are in this kind of situation, you are already so stressed and all you can think about is your dog. You really don’t want to deal with calling 10 places, transport, appointments, paperwork, organising the surgery etc. They took care of all of this for me.

They organised the transport, the vet, the operation and I had someone available basically 24/7 if I had questions or needed help. I really feel like they saved my dog’s life and also made a horrible stressful situation much easier for me. I’m so grateful for everything they did and would 100% recommend them🥹

They booked Maia’s grooming and the entire process was completely seamless. They picked her up right at my doo took her to her grooming appointment, and dropped her back off at home.
The convenience especially WFH snd and peace of mind were incredible. Everything was handled for me from start to finish this is so worth the service!! I’ll absolutely be using Pawsport again for Maia!

The team at Pawsport made traveling with our puppy incredibly easy and completely stress free. They took care of everything from the paperwork and vet appointments to making sure every detail was handled correctly and on time. Traveling internationally with a puppy feels overwhelming, but they made the entire process seamless and gave us so much peace of mind. When i first decided to go with my dog to Italy from the US, i didn’t even know where to begin! It was so overwhelming and people online were saying things that would contradict each other. I then asked Pawsport concierge to help me with my dogs travel documents and they did a seamless job! They helped me with every single document, told me which vet to go to and were even on the line while i was at the airport in case something would need troubleshooting! I’m so grateful and I will definitely be using their services again!
