They always arrive quickly
They always arrive quickly. And our staffy loves them all. Especially the Ocean treats and the knots, seaweed and the mint ones. Although he does eat them all.

Regarding your concern about not receiving responses: this is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide, and we can understand why it felt frustrating. However, our records show that you emailed us on 6th October at 14:10, and we responded the same day at 15:56, apologising and offering a 25% discount. You replied at 15:59, and we then sent a further email confirming that we had launched an investigation into the missing order and had also added additional products to your order alongside the discount code.
While we acknowledge your order was missed initially, we hope this shows that we acted quickly to resolve the situation, and we’re grateful that the issue was resolved to your satisfaction - enough for you to leave us a 5-star review a month later.
