DO NOT USE PAXFUL TRADING

DO NOT USE PAXFUL or anyone claiming to work for them (investment specialists) They build your trust with small investments and profits and then keep asking for larger deposits. When you want to withdraw the money they claim that there is a freeze on your account and that you need to pay a further ‘refundable’ deposit to release them. No genuine company would ask you to do this. DO NOT INVEST A PENNY with this company.

I only survived 2 transactions

I only survived 2 transactions. My first one was $10 Skrill to USD and it actually went fine, despite all the warnings about scammers. That gave me some hope.
Then I tried again with a different seller for $189. He claimed he never received the money. I provided all the proof to the mod, and the only thing missing was Skrill's response. They still haven’t replied. And guess what? The mod sided with the scammer, and I lost my money.
Seriously, why the hell did I even bother with this sketchy-ass platform? Dont try deal with people from algeria. THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS AND MODS ARE SHIT. Commerce id 63jgNrZeN5Q

I was scammed by a user

I was scammed by a user
Sequencecash777 , I have opened a case dispute regarding the scam of my trades, write to paxful the email and attached all evidence, next day my account is temporary blocked and asking me security code from the authentication app , which I never used before. The paxful support is not answering on my emails. No body can't help me. There is not even proper support on this platform. If you been scammed the paxful team just ignore you and block your account. SCAMM ALERT!!! Be aware !!!!

Why did the seller block me as soon as I started the transaction? I can't block him. If I'm blocked too many times, no one else dares to trade with me. This mechanism will only accelerate the platform's collapse

What the actual f...

Today I've received an email from Paxful, that I've been charged money "for the account maintenance fee", because it turns out I was banned 90 days ago.

I'm not sure what's the best part about this: The fact that this is the FIRST email I've received from Paxful this year (so basically no one bothered to notify me that I got banned and that I will be charged money from my balance after 90 days).
Or perhaps it is the reason my verified account was banned for, which is that my country is no longer supported on Paxful (and I haven't been notified about this either btw).

Just to be clear, it was a miniscule amount of money I got charged with.
I still consider this kind of behaviour insulting enough to bother writing a review though.

Suddenly banned and maintenance fees with 0$ balance

I signed up for this service in 2021, used it a few times, and forgot about it. Today I received an email that this service charged me for apparently banning my account. At first I was like what even is this service, then I saw the transaction history on my account, saw that it's used in 2021. and the ban is due to location, crypto is restricted where I live so I'm not surprised it's location related, but the sudden ban then maintenance fee when I have 0$ balance? Why? Worst "service" ever.

AVOID PAXFUL LIKE A PLAQUE

I am sharing my honest review here. Moderators on Paxful appear to be collaborating with certain Chinese users who are redeeming gift cards fraudulently. When you upload your card, they redeem it and then falsely claim it was already used. After opening a dispute, the moderator will immediately award the coins to the scammer regardless of the evidence you provide, even if it includes videos.
There is no real investigation because the moderators are working together with these scammers and sharing the proceeds. They coordinate through Telegram. I personally lost my money to the user MightyPompano702 in trade ID uxVxw4Qanh8. They even share trade IDs on Telegram, and a moderator quickly intervenes to release the coins to them.
Be warned: DO NOT TRADE HERE.

Beware of Paxful

Beware of Paxful - A Heartbreaking Experience

I want to share my devastating experience with Paxful. This company has proven to be a scam, with a customer service team that is unresponsive when you need help. I fell victim to scammers who stole my cryptocurrency, and I lost my job as a result. I trusted Paxful to help me start a business, but it turned out to be a huge mistake.

One particular scammer, using the username nBu6niixoxr, attempted to hack my account and sell my USDT. Despite my efforts, I couldn’t raise a dispute because there was no option available. This scammer raised a false dispute against me, and Paxful locked my account. After they unlocked it, they informed me that the scammers had won the dispute and released all my cryptocurrency to them.

Paxful, you have broken my heart and the hearts of many others. You don’t seem to care about the impact of your actions on families like mine. I’m now struggling to provide for my wife and daughter, and it’s been an incredibly painful experience. I will continue to warn others about your practices until your company is held accountable.

Wont let me withdraw remaining funds

I got an email from Paxful explaining that I have a BTC balance but unfortunately Paxful no longer serves my jurisdiction. I see on the website that I should be granted a one time withdrawal but the agent's keep giving me the run around. The last thing I was told was that they are working on finding a way for me to withdraw my remaining funds, then my ticket was closed. I am very disappointed with this company, they used to be very credible and honest, now I feel I am being scammed out of my balance. I have been emailing Paxful for weeks now and it's like going in circle. I will send an email now to try to have my case reopened.
