Awful when you leave them, charge you for cleaning and add a £300 admin fee even though paid for a professional clean. Rude and arrogant despite being a reliable tenant for years and even fixed things with their permission and they were happy for us to do so.
We knew the landlord well and when we offered a new tenant to take the place straight away just because they were on housing benefit they discriminated against them. Wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone because they are two faced they told us we wouldn’t have any issues with our deposit when we left and then charged us after.
Also when relisted the property we used to live in they used 10 year old photos, great false advertising.

Charlotte and her team were very supportive during the sale of my mother's home. It took nearly two years to complete because of difficulties getting probate. Throughout this time, they were helpful, kind, understanding, and kept me fully informed.
I have been treated with exceptional service.
I would recommend anyone to use this agency. First class.

An amazing experience throughout. My partner and I were updated throughout the whole process, even when we weren’t receiving anything from our solicitors. Jayne was particularly helpful and also responded very promptly! We can’t thank you enough, as first time buyers it’s very appreciated.

Not much to say but amazing service throughout our house purchase. I know we were a massive pain in the butt with the amount of chasing we did but I cannot fault Jayne, she was absolutely fantastic, very professional and really helped push everything through even with a very frustrating solicitor!

This is an Estate Agents who do what they say they will do .Communication with them is excellent and they take time to explain procedures and chase up people involved with the buying /selling when necessary . Professional in approach , Friendly .They are a pleasure to have met

Paul took the time to look in to my problem with the deposit once the reason for the miscommunication was established. Paul called me and explained what the problem was and why it had arisen this morning and apologised for not being able to help me earlier. Thankfully, it has now been resolved and we can move forward.

Very difficult to get replies from emails throughout tenancy. Deposit not returned 17 days following request to Paxtons (despite landlord not having any disputes) which means we could not pay the drposit on our next property. Owner (Paul Horwood) unsympathetic, rude and abrasive on the telephone. His reply was ‘ I don’t know anything about lettings so I can’t help you’.which is shocking if you own the company, Staff absence means the issue will not be dealt with in time for me to move house and he just didn’t seem to care about that! Would not recommend dealing with this agent for lettings.
