Airtel Varanasi -brilliant employee

i was an NRI on visit to varanasi and i desperatly wanted local sim card , No other network would do it for me without a local Adhaar card which we would not have . so someone recommended Airtel office at House No. S3/ 69A, Mohalla-Thithori Mahaal, Ward-Sikraul, opposite L T College. I met a wonderful employee by the name of neha singh who went beyond the call of duty to help me aquire sim card and patiently went through the tidious air tel process to deliever the card. its employees like her who make a succesful company. thank you neha.

Airtel Don’t Care

Airtel Don’t Care
Airtel Black customers need to face so many issues
Airtel Black customers if they face or get fed up due to there services then also they don’t care
IF you want to remove your DTH connection they don’t care
They ask for pay in advance to remove your DTH connection due to the bad services they don’t care and ask for money
my question is they I am a postpaid customer and paying everymonth and due to the issues of Airtel I want to remove some service then why u are asking to pay in advance , once bill will be generated then we can pay
You are not providing the services and on top of that when ur customers are fed up and wants to remove DTH connection services you are asking for money why
why it should not go to my bill as I am paying Airtel since last couple of years now and I am a old customer of your then why

WHY Airtel Black customers NEED TO GET ISSUES WHY YOU CANT DISCONNECT OUR DTH SERVICES WHEN YOU GUYS CAN T FIX
YOU CANT FIX THE ISSUES AND YOU ARE NOT REMOVING THE SERVICES AND ON TOP YOU ARE FORCING US TO PAY U IN ADVANCE WHY

CAN YOU GUYS SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS OR NOT
