I'm not sure yet. I made my first payment to ATO and it still hasn't arrived (over 7 business days later) - despite everything being correct. The help I received was good, but now I need to go and spend hours on the phone with the ATO. Honestly not sure if the points are worth the stress and my time. I'm glad I allowed a large buffer of time before the payment due date. Looks like I will need to pay again. Not great.

Im only new to the platform so still learning a few things. Mostly it was has been pretty good so far.
My 1st and only payment to date, took 4 work days which i thought was a bit long.
One thing that doesn’t make any sense is you can’t to scheduled payments from a bank account? Eg. The 15th of each month for 6 consecutive months. You can add individual scheduled payments for all 6 months which is time consuming. Also you can schedule payments using a credit card but not bank account? This option would be very handy for a lot of people.

I made a duplicate payment through pay.com and asked them to refund one of the payments. The funds left my account, it takes Pay.com 3+ business days for Pay.com to pay out the funds. If you want the funds refunded it take 4-5 business days more. Pay.com sits on your cash for up to 10 business days, that's where they make their money. This is in an age of Osko with instantaneous payments.

I have been with Pay.com com for my family business for about 2 years now. And had collected good amount of points so far. Platform is easy to use even for someone like me who is not very tech saavy.
I made a silly mistake with a business account payment last week and only realised it today. Went onto Online chat and received help from a HUMAN immediately when I asked for one!
Jenilyn was extremely patient with me and my problem and helped resolved my problem by reaching out to her team-members. They must have to work together to overcome my issue.
