Faulty Video Pen returned and never received a replacement
In December 2009 I bought a video pen as a Christmas present for my son but it didn't work.
So they asked me to send it back via recorded delivery.
I did this and after many ignored emails and phone calls I went to trading standards. Because they give a London address they are bound by the London trading standards. They said all mail sent to Suite 210, Coborn House, 3 Coborn Road, London E3 2DA is forwarded to an address outside London. Over a year later I've still not had any success in a new pen or a refund.
So they have my £30 and my pen! Don't ever use this company EVER!

As of November 2011 the website has been offline for quite a few weeks.
