I am happy with the quality of the product and sizing. Only problem that I had is that the charge showed up under a different vendor name on my credit card. I did not recognize the name. Perhaps you should have charges indicate Payaler as the vendor.

The dresses literally took a month to come but I did get them very nicely packaged. They are the exact style and colors as on line but for sure not the quality of the photo but they fit great and I for sure will wear them. The price was good too!!

The shopping experience and shipping, receiving the item was very good. However, my wife did not like the item, did not think it looked like the picture and it was not anywhere close to her size. She felt that this dress would not look good on her in any size. She tried to process a return and was told her only option was to pay to have a new size of the same dress to be sent to her. She did not want to pursue that choice - for all the subjective reasons mentioned above. The merchant would not offer her to return the item and we have basically written it off as a bad online experience, where we will never shop with this merchant - Payaler, again. Essentially a $60 lesson on shopping online outside of the Amazon.com umbrella where return policies are fairly standard.

I LOVE the quality of the clothing. The sweaters are thick and soft. The dresses are light and flowy.
I am a big girl though. I will suggest ordering accordingly. My usual size can be snug.

The products were good quality, however despite the fact that they were advertised as being in the USA, clearly they came from China.

I love the outfits the black one is perfect for winter. I wish the pants were longer . The beige out fit is very sheer so I can only wear it in warm weather also the pants leg is too short . Also the elastic band in the black pants is always twisted and I haven’t washed it yet so I’m not very confident it will hold up to a wash . I paid to much for these .

Great sweaters. Ordered a size larger than normal and they fit perfectly. Well made. Taking away one star because e shipping was extremely slow.

Love these! They look exactly like the pictures. Love that they aren't wool because I would get too hot. A lot of their sweaters are made with recycled materials. They are beautiful. Takes forever to get them but it's worth it.

Payaler MORE than delivered with this dress!! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it took about a month for delivery, but it was SO worth the wait!! And I don't like that I can't tuck the zipper pull into the seam. The material is EXTREMELY soft & the colors are vibrant. It fits me PERFECTLY!!

**UPDATE** I wore the dress while on vacation & it looked so good that people were clapping when I walked through🥰
