Voiding a transaction

Had a small issue with using incorrect amount. Anthony G. was great with contacting the payee and voiding the transaction, allowing me to re-transmit the proper amount. Kudos to Pay Cargo, and especially to Anthony G., for quick and painless resolution.

As a high volume user of PayCargo, my experience has always been positive. We receive immediate attention when any issue arises. Walter Martinez responded to my query in less than 10 minutes from sending from their website.
Another shout out to Anthony Aulisio. As our rep., he's always very responsive and on top of any issues I may have.
