Possibly the worst customer service…

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with… quick run down.

My return was delivered to them 14/02.

Chased it 23/02 after not hearing from them.

25/02 they tell me they had returns over the weekend and will check.

02/03 I chase it again as still nothing.

05/03 I chase it AGAIN, as still nothing (at this point I ask for a refund instead of store credit due to the terrible customer service

05/03 they reply after my email with a store credit code after a week of not hearing from them

05/03 I tell them no this isn’t good enough (clearly ignored my last email) and ask for a complaints email. Haven’t heard anything since.

Avoid at all costs 👍

Don’t not buy from this company…

Don’t not buy from this company absolutely appalling customer service. Bought a box and paid for 2 day delivery. 10 days later no item has arrived and have been since told that it can take 20 days for items to be packaged… why offer 2 day delivery? After 20 days still haven’t arrived, don’t respond to emails won’t refund me. Contacted the bank for charge back instead

Do not order the mystery box.

Takes a whole month for it to be delivered, then when you ask for an update they tell you it’s stated on the website that mystery boxes are ‘hand curated’ so can take an additional 20 days. It does say this, but you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of some random page to find it.

What was eventually delivered, was nothing like the specifications I asked for. The Dickies cargos I received were about 6 inches too big on the waste, and 4 inches too long on the leg. The 1986 Ralph Lauren Jumper I received smells awful and again, 2 sizes too big.

Waste of £60

Rubbish

Ordered a mystery box, notified by Royal Mail they were expecting the parcel the next day only to wait almost a month for it to turn up. Then what did turn up was dirty and absolutely stank. Also trousers were not size requested.

Took 3 weeks to turn up and items not even cleaned and pockets had rubbish in them. Terrible custom services always just “looking into it”. I would not recommend ordering from them, not value for money

Awful company. Ordered on the 30th, paid for delivery. Still no sign of my items, royal mail tracker said the vendor hasnt sent them the items yet. No response when trying to claim a refund.

Took almost a month to arrive and did not even fit. They are refusing to give me a refund and only offering store credit when I don’t want to wait another month to get my items. They did not even ask for my preferences before I ordered.

Stay away and order elsewhere...

I ordered the mystery box on the 14/10/2024, the item still hadn't arrived within the shipping period (48 hours) which you have to pay for... I contacted them on their Instagram page on the 18th. They advised that they would chase this up for me yet I didn't hear anything back, it took me several attempts at contacting them for them to advise that the shipment had "gone missing" on the 23rd and they would refund me. I still didn't receive the refund email from PayPal until the 24th AFTER I had to chase them again to see if they had issued the refund.

I have then received an email today (31st) stating that the refund has failed and to contact the seller. Checking the other reviews on here (which I wish I did before ordering now) it seems like a lot of people are having the same/similar issues with this company. I have tried reaching out to them again today but no response so now having to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back for an order that was likely never shipped...

Awful

Took 4 weeks to arrive (despite paying for 2 day delivery) and received the two worst looking pieces of clothing i have ever seen in the mystery box. Jesus wept Stevie Wonder wouldn't wear these clothes.

I will NOT be returning

Placed an order for a vintage mystery box over a week ago, had to email for feedback, bearing in mind I paid for two day delivery service. After reading everyone else’s experience I thought it would be best to look for a refund as most people seem to wait a month. Managed to get it refunded in the end by emailing back and forth with customer service. However, there was no apology for the poor standard of service, even though they pride themselves for it on the website. I will not be returning to purchase anything and I was severely disappointed by my experience.
