CUSTOMER SUPPORT NIGHTMARE
I've had a terrible experience with Payfit recently. I'm dealing with an issue related to my RTT and some missing features that I should normally have access to. It's been over a month, and the problem still hasn't been resolved. Their support has been unresponsive, and the chatbot is completely useless.

Broken functionality, no support
Awful experience using the service! As an ex-employee, I had to change my email in the console, but the confirmation links to nowhere, just a blank page. Many buttons on the website are non-responsive (such as "new request", "help centre" etc.). The help centre itself is just a list of articles explaining how the website _should_ work, but not how it actually works. No contact support button is there.

I liked the way the tool made easy…
I liked the way the tool made easy everything related to HR : I could easily see how many vacation days I had left, plan my holidays with my manager and check how to orchestrate my own team's avaliabilities.
I could find all my documents (paycheck, sick leaves etc) in a few clicks.
