I have been dealing with Pete Real for about 6 months now and I can say he is absolutely the best! He helps with any questions I have and goes above and beyond to get me any information or help I need! I am so glad I am able to use him as a resource and help me with the company I work for!

Once we planned our migration from our previous software Paygration/Pete has been there every step guiding and giving vital input in an effort to get us to where we needed. We are very appreciative of the solid support even to this day over a year later.

Pete is very responsive even we are miles away. He will always provide good solutions when we have doubts.

Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Pete helped us migrate onto QuickBooks Enterprise when we purchased a new company and gave excellent advice before, during and after the migration. Then we get quick and accurate help with any changes we need to make. Very easy to recommend them for reseller expertise.

I was initially hesitant to use a Quickbooks reseller, but Pete proved me wrong and has been great to work with. He always answers the phone or responds to my emails promptly. I have used Quickbooks for a little over 25 years. Needed to get current on payment options for our consumer. I do not have a lot of time to chat about new services but Pete was so patient with me and never pressured me or hurried me. Gave me endless information and educated me the whole way. We have been using Real Networks for about a month now - I have to say, Pete Real from Paygration made it very easy transfer from QB Desktop environment!
It literally took us about an hour to set up hosting and install all drivers/programs needed besides QB software
So far, Real Networks reps have been very helpful to answer any questions and provide support when needed
So go ahead and pull the plug on your QB desktop! You will be glad you did!

They helped me out with integrating a bar code reading system and provided other tips for using Quickbooks that were really helpful. I am also pleased on how they check in on a regular base to see if they can be of assistance and always provide feedback on questions I ask.

we have been a Quick Books customer for well over 30 years, and always an inhouse consumer.
the change from the desktop version to the Cloud was a major move and one each and every one of our users
total of 7 dreaded changing to the cloud.
found Pete and with his advice and assistance we are now fully integrated within the Cloud and all is going fairly smooth, there are some adjusments but overall we are up and running, the process was not as simple as I would have liked but overall there is no looking back and we are glad we have made the transistion. When I have questions or need help with anything relating to QuickBooks/Paygration, I always call Pete Real first, because I know that he will always have an answer or a solution, or be able to quickly refer me to someone who will. I use QuickBooks Point of Sale 19.0 Pro, and Pete keeps me up to date with upgrades and other info, as well as responding quickly and cheerfully to my inquiries - without Pete, my work life would be many times more difficult!

Quickbooks desktop with payroll and tax assistance is the best. They have walked me through the whole upload process. I have had questions and you talk to a representative who you can actually understand. They answer all your questions and fixed any problems I had. The hold time has never been long. So polite and very knowledgeable. Love this software!

I had to upgrade my Quickbooks Desktop Premier after 15 years. Pete was able to advise me on which QB had the price level feature that I needed without losing features that I already had. I tried and failed on Quickbooks Online before I found Pete. He will answer the phone or messages even after you made your purchase. Save time and aggravation, call Pete.
