I was surprised that as a returning customer I spent considerable time going back over all my medical information. Also the payment vehicle was too complicated and did not suit my age bracket. Other than that I’m a happy customer.

The process to payment was difficult and long as a link had to be sent via email and this was slow and sometimes the link did not work and another email had to be sent. I was frustrated and so was the agent on the phone.
