Extremally bad company who appears to have pleasure in making things difficult for anybod who has business with them. Try to avoid working with this company when possible.
Be careful when claiming your tickets
I got Qlimax tickets and sent links to my friends so they can personalize them. As soon as we clicked the link, we were all redirected to our Qdance accounts - without information that our info will get automatically pulled from the account and the personalization will be complete (also without a chance to review it afterwards). One of my friends had her maiden's name on the accoutn. They didn't let her to amend the details. I understand that there is a fee for the name change, but I feel that they purposely don't inform people about process of taking data from the accounts automatically, so they can benefit from the higher number of the name changes (which is charged extra). They said that this is Q-dance's policy to charge for each name change, and I don't argue that, but rather the fact that they failed to inform about the process. Obviously, if we knew, we'd make sure that we are logged to correct accounts before hitting on Claim...

Extremely helpful
Freya was extremely helpful and resolved my problem, which was to some extent my own fault.
I do not like the Andre Rieu booking system which to some extent caused my problem, having seats allocated and not being able to select your own choice is dreadful.
The date mix up was my fault for not understanding how the performances are allocated and for me not checking what I was doing.
A big thank you again to Freya was sorting it out

I made a mistake and bought a ticket for the wrong day of a festival. Asked for help, to be able to get the ticket for the next day of the festival and got a reply 8 days later.
It is not a customer service that would resolve something within the same day or less than that.
I’ve sent 9+ emails since June
I’ve sent 9+ emails since June, regarding a refund that I was guaranteed and all I’m getting back is an automated reply telling me to wait 10 days for the refund. Nearly 3 months later no refund. Will be taking this to trading standards

Have never received a refund back for cancelled event in May 2024.
They sent an email saying that refunds will be proceeded within 10 working days.
Well, nothing happened.
Contacted We Are Fstvl directly and received no response.
Contacted Paylogic / SeeTickets (their ticket service providedr) - received response again about 10 days, but 10 days passed and there’s no refund.
Do not deal with both We Are Fstvl and their ticket provider Paylogic or SeeTickets - it looks like they both fraudulent.

We are festival cancelled - no refund
I paid instalments for Wearefst. The event was cancelled on 29th April and we were told refunds would be issued within 30 days. It’s now 9 weeks later. Tried complaining to paylogic and Wearefst but all they do is send a copy of the original email about the cancellation- no actual answers! Where is my money?? Over £150 I’m owed

most scummy company i have ever seen, they come up with stupid responses for negative feedback to prove a point. my partner ordered 4 tickets for dutch comic con on the 24th of may, this company took the payment, and never sent a confirmation email, ontop of that the reference they gave shows no tickets found. due to this they have commited fraud and will have a complaint filed with the consumentenbond to hopefully either shut this company down or fine them heavily
