Support sucks

The software itself is amazing, but when it comes to support... I'm having an issue for more than a week. The staff just keeps muting me. There is another guy rn that's going thru the same thing and I couldn't hold back but write this. Wazzz, bro, if you're reading this, please, do the same as me.

Paymenter is a good billing platform…

Paymenter is a good billing platform for hosting companies. It is fully open source and you are able to make addons whenever you want with good documentation. If you don’t want to. You can just purchase one from a community member on BuiltByBit

Great Panel, but ...

It's a great Open Source billing panel, with all the features you could wish for. I also like the fact that the number of addons from the community is growing, making the panel powerful and easy to modify.
However, there are occasional problems with invoices and that they do not extend a certain server, for example.
