One of the worst company I have ever signed up with.
The contact meant to be 18 months but when I was about to switch they advised me of 36 months, I wonder how they did it!!!
Please be very careful when signing up.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go with this company.

lying reps
they used a rep to generate new customers , lied to me about every thing i provided statements for the past year for him to work out if any savings save you 200 plus a year.
Yes we can buy you out and save you money. lies every few month another charge appeared i was able to get most of the charges waved but the hassle and time it took me to argue my case .
A man called lee was the rep apparently hes got a reputation for bad selling dealt with me.
Once i was in and swapped over i was in a busy period at work so couldn't risk cancelling and having no card machine and couldn't risk the buy out fee from my old provider being charged to me.

Worst card processor ever
paymentsence.com took two payments from my card, claim both failed but that is not what my bank says. Their agent's email box just bounces emails. AVOID!
