Service was amazing until the campaign was delivered.

We used Street PR for two separate campaigns within the space of 4 weeks. Totaling to 41,000 flyers.

The customer service was excellent, until the campaign was supposedly ‘delivered’.

Our first campaign included GPS tracking. However, the second campaign did not include ‘GPS’ as they told us they did not have time to do this within our time frame, after they originally agreed to being able to do GPS again.

We have employees and a lot of account holders who fall within these postcodes for the campaign and none of which received our flyers.

We have gone back to the company about this, but they have unfortunately decided to pass blame back on to us, as a Business. They use a third company to actually deliver these items. When raising our concerns with them they said they ‘just take their word for it’ which is disgusting and disappointing when paying over £3,000 for both campaigns.

They are refusing to take any ownership for this and are saying they have followed all procedures.

Very disappointing and would not recommend.

THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT USE.

Well organized, results-driven, deliver good value

The team was professional, well organized, and they delivered precisely what they promised. I greatly appreciated the efficiency and focus applied at each phase of the engagement. They used my time incredibly well, ensured each deliverable was provided when promised, and met our expectations throughout. They followed up after the engagement and genuinely desired candid feedback to fullfil their objective of continuous improvement. I would engage them again after having prepared a more thoughtful content strategy, enabling us to be more prescriptive in the type of media coverage we seek.

Scam alert

Scam alert! They scrape podcast RSS for mail addresses and promise you guaranteed featured articles in No. 1 media as PR. First: It's advertising, no PR. Second: No serious company can guarantee media articles. Third: No journalist would write about unknown podcasts. The scam comes from a dubious Gmail account with CC to a "Shane" at payonresultspr.co.uk Absolutely unprofessional mail without any serious data. if you question the scam, the e-mail address will be deleted. Do not reply, block their mail if they scraped yours. ZERO stars!

Spam alert

Spam alert! They clearly use a generalized form based on website scrapes and email associated addresses. The 2 emails I received (so far) were filled with inaccuracies. Don't fall for it!!!

Way overpriced for a basic wire press…

Way overpriced for a basic wire press release.
Overall they were timely and professional, but very overpriced. They charge you $5,000 to write a press release and then "send it over the wire". You can do the same thing yourself for under $1000 with something like Ereleases or newswire.com.

The way they present it is that they have relationships with journalists and will get original articles published. This is not the case.

$4000 is way overcharging for a press release. Find someone on Upwork or Fiverr or do it yourselves and save thousands.

payonresultspr dot com is their new domain.

The cost-to-value ratio is just awful.

My bad for being in a hurry and not doing my research.

Spray and Pray hunting

Sent me this - 1. I do not work in fashion +2. spray and prey method is outdated and devaluates you as a company:

Hi there Jesper

I hope this email finds you well. As a media researcher from a 'pay on results' PR firm, I wanted to reach out to you. Our research team provided me with your details, and after reviewing your business, I found something quite impressive.
Your innovative approach to fashion in Denmark, as seen on your website, is truly newsworthy. I couldn't help but notice how you're aligning with the growing trend of sustainable and eco-friendly fashion. It's a hot topic in the industry right now, and your efforts are commendable.
I have a media request related to these trends that I believe could be a great fit for XYZ. However, if you'd like to explore other media requests that might be more suitable, I'm all ears.
What are your thoughts on this? Let's chat!
Best regards,

Richard

Untrustworthy company and approach

Similar to other reviews, they begin with a gmail.com email address CC'ing somebody else and when you reply all the gmail.com account is bounced back because it is a fake email address. The whole thing is untrustworthy.

Avoid at all costs.. humbug

A PR client of our forwarded a gmail from this company asking me to review their 'amazing' media opportunity. On further investigation and, in part thanks to reviews on this platform, this company is clearly run by scammers

Spam Spam Spam Spam

They contact you from a @gmail.com email address, making you believe they have a profit proposal for you.
After you respond, asking for more information, you receive a purchase proposal for their services.
If you try to write again to the Gmail address after a few days, you discover that it has been deleted.

Terrible company and a terrible way to promote themselves, highly discouraged.

Skeptical at first but now LOVE LOVE LOVE

These guys sent me an email regarding PR etc and there being media interest in my industry... I'm sure they sent a fair few emails to others admittedly a friend of mine also received a similar email but I trusted my gut and signed up to a call with them. Honestly, I am speechless, it was such a joy working with a company that actually delivered what they promised and only then charged me. Highly recommend just have some faith in the process.
