Paypal Pay in four

Used this twice for 2 purchases all went well then tried to do a 3rd purchase but my application was rejected for no reason. I am now having to pay whole amount for an item which will put me in financial hardship. Contacted Paypal about it and was given a total runaround.
Apparently they run credit check every time you do a purchase. It’s thoroughly ridiculous.

I recently used PayPal pay in 4. I have used them for a good little while, but,I recently got a refund back from the merchant and PayPal charged me a fee to put my own money back on my debit Card and they failed to disclose this up front. . I am very familiar with other pay in 4 companies and no one charges you a fee for refunds, And although it was only a few cents... it's the principle... let people know up front that you are going to charge a fee if they receive a refund from the merchant. And finally I did have a choice I could link them directly to my bank account and they will put the money right in But, they are already linked to my debit card.. same thing... pretty much, or you can wait 1 to 3 days for your refund...I could wait ... but why? when you can put it right back when you get it like everyone else does.. I tried to talk to them about it but I just kind of kept getting the run around I know it was only a few cents but it was my money. Again BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I sold a item on eBay the costumer revved it 4 days a go and PAYPAL has not give me my money the money

and chair me a fee on my sell and now you are holding my money for a moth and work with it not looking after your costumer needs . you are just riping people off , no ^uck costumer service

Legitimate review based on service,

I had contacted PayPal after being scammed over a product I purchased where the seller had scammed me out of 30.00 of my money for a game product.

To begin I was only given the unauthorised payment option in order to report this. Of which paypal auomatically declined as understandably this was not an unauthorised payment. fair enough yes.

the seller had blocked all communication after "Self-Admitting" that they was scamming several people and making money of them at will.

Despite screenshots physical evidence showing the sellers e-mail paypal account - the person admitting they was not selling a legitimate product but instead scamming people out of money they are expecting to be receiving the product of which they had purchased,

PayPal still would not cover this fair enough they will not return the money a scammer has taken fraudulently correct.

But what makes PayPal even more of a disgrace is the fact that knowing the person is frauding and scamming 'Victims' PayPal will and claim they will take no action upon the person whom is doing this allowing them to continue scamming the public and take advantage of many more victims.

I strongly advise the public never to use paypal for payments online as there are many things they will not help with based on there own policies.

What came as a SHOCK is in effect paypal are SUPPORTING these FRAUDSTERS by allowing them to continue using there service after being proven that they are legitimately scamming victims across the web.

The product I purchased was physical but because I had sent under family and friends paypal would do nothing to help.

Awful customer service from this company not willing to hear or read what you are actually telling them even in the eventuality paypal cannot refund the lost money you would expect any legitimate company to take action upon fraudsters and scammers especially when being handed the evidence to show your claim is legitimate.

As a gamer, a youtuber and streamer I purchase game products daily and have never encountered any problems before,

The fact that this was my first complaint should also of been taken into account.

Long story short: BEWARE OF PAYPAL PAYMENTS, THEY SUPPORT FRAUDSTERS AND SCAMMERS TAKING NO ACTION EVEN WHEN PROVEN GUILTY.

I tried to log in to my account but Paypal wanted to send its " Secret code " over the phone, but that phone is no longer valid . cannot log in to change it . I have been a conformed customer of Paypal for a long time. I moved twice in the last 3 months and now I have a cell phone ,,so sure I called their 1 877 number and I got an automated voice telling me to log into my account and how to change it.
Then it said that I will get a call in 20 min. at the phone that im calling from so I wait and then they called and after 3 rings they hung up, so I call them back to go through the same BS and then they say that they are calling me right now and that they will transfer me direct to an agent . Well need I say more ?? after 5 min on hold I had to hang up..too costly for cellular phone , and obviously little tricks of sucking money out of me by racking up phone time ,, you see these intrnet companies and the cellular phone companies are all intergrated and all actually come from the same place.

Yeah I did contact PayPal. Because of these Transitions and your website, PayPal, has limited my account with no appeal, meaning I cannot withdraw or deposit any funds or do any authorization on my account. There are no disputes open, but my limitation makes it where you cannot refund me. I’ve talked to you guys before on these three transactions and you have assured that I will get a refund. However I cannot escalate this dispute through Pay Pal, and they have already stated they will close my account and 180 days. It is not ethical for you guys to not issue me a refund, even if I don’t have a PayPal account. I would like it if you guys could reach out to me and somehow issue my refund. This is unfair and unethical if I cannot get my money back, because I have not received a single item on these three transactions. Which almost amount in $4,000.
