Mega Scam

Thankfully, I only have stuck around 25 dollars with them. Supposedly, they have issues with some technical stuff that cannot verify bank accounts, so you cannot withdraw money.

Can you imagine, being a payment handling company and having issues in this sector? And not having it resolved in a day?

Money goes it, but never goes out.

Biggest joke of a payment company. Avoid at all costs!

I have been trying to withdraw my $5000…

I have been trying to withdraw my $5000 from PayRedeem account for the last six months at least. In the beginning, I was getting no reply. Then the instructions given were wrong, no matter what we did. Now, I'm getting answers but its "I'm sorry we are experiencing difficulties with the verification process to withdraw funds." Something is terribly wrong here and I want and I need my money to be sent to my bank account.

Horrible Experience, Never Received My eCard or My Funds Back

I had an awful experience with PayRedeem. I initiated a bank transfer on January 29 to purchase an eCard, following their instructions to the letter. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from their support team, including Abby K, Frank G, and Jessie G, it took almost 4 weeks without any progress. They kept delaying, citing issues with their financial department and technical problems with the bank.

My bank confirmed that the beneficiary bank received the transfer on February 5, yet PayRedeem still failed to process my order. I purchased the eCard to fund my trading account with LQDFX. Due to the prolonged delays and lack of resolution, LQDFX decided to discontinue their relationship with PayRedeem because of numerous negative client feedback.

Eventually, PayRedeem recommended that I could either request a refund or recall the transfer. When I opted for a refund, they asked for my banking details, but I do not trust them enough to provide this information so I had no other choice but to recall the transfer. The response was yet another delay due to technical issues.

This entire ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. I regret choosing PayRedeem and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable services.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Avoid PayRedeem at all costs if you value your time and money.

Follow-up with them is still ongoing. If my situation changes, I will update this review.

Ponzi, Ponzi , Ponzi

Firstly, it has become apparent both educationally and experientially that I have fallen victim to a scam. My broker and Payreem are evidently collaborating in this operation. After years of grappling with payout issues from this company, I made the decision to sever ties with my broker and withdraw all my funds. However, it seems this did not sit well with them, as since my cash-out request—a month and ten days ago—I've been met with the same excuses: "Cashout is still pending; we are awaiting an update from the financial department," "We apologize for the inconvenience; there's currently a delay in cashouts," "We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the high demand for withdrawals. The delay is due to the large volume of withdrawal requests our team is processing," and my new favorite, "The delay is due to high demand. We're still processing older requests. I completely understand your concerns and apologize for the inconvenience." Note the keyword: "OLD REQUEST."

Allow me to digress. In the year 2024, it's baffling to comprehend how any company could have a payout process exceeding a week, let alone consistently face the same issues with practically all customers. Ladies and gentlemen, it's abundantly clear that this company will abscond with your money, as we're evidently dealing with a probable Ponzi scheme. If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it must be a duck. God help you if you're entangled with this company through your broker and attempt to withdraw a large amount. My advice: Get a Lawyer and exit immediately.

In conclusion, let me make myself clear: if you have a substantial account and your broker is affiliated with Payredeem, exit immediately. Even if you have a modest account, still exit, as though you may eventually receive your withdrawal, the waiting period will exceed three weeks. It appears they lack the resources to fulfill substantial payouts. I am currently in discussions with a major media outlet regarding this company, and if anyone is still awaiting funds, please email me at shadeoffour at gmail com. I'll be surprised if I ever see my funds, but I'm not holding my breath. However, the company's malpractices need to be exposed.

Furthermore, another company affiliated with Payredeem appeared on my bank statement: Global Primex Limited, Maeva Tower, Level 10, Silicon Avenue, Cybercity, Ebène, Republic of Mauritius. They supposedly have a branch in the US, but attempts to reach them have been futile. Phone calls go unanswered, and messages on their site yield no response. The link provided seems not to be working. This adds to the suspicion surrounding these entities.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! IT TOOK THEM 22 DAYS TO RECEIVE MY WIRE! They 1st accused my bank of the issue only to later say that it was their fault for the delay. 2nd they could not send my deposit to my broker. This was because every broker, including mine, were dropping them left and right because of money transfer issues with so many customers! They tried to blame my broker and that they were not having problems with others brokers; only mine. But as I said, every broker I tried would not deal with them! The last thing was when I was trying to get a refund from them. They claimed that they were having issues with SWIFT but they never explained what the issue was! My money was being held by them for nearly 2 months with no real explanation as to why or when they would have a fix for the problem! THANKFULLY because my broker still had them listed for deposits when I 1st initiated my deposit, they stepped in and forced Payredeem to send my money to them! My broker was very apologetic about the problem with Payredeem! If my broker had not stepped in, I don't think Payredeem would have ever released my money! I TRULY hope this company is shut down forever as they are not releasing so many people's money! It took 2 months to get my money to my broker because of Payredeem! Hopefully they are not an option for any brokers out there anymore but if they are, RUN AWAY FROM THEM and save yourself a HUGE HEADACHE!!!!

I made two requests for payout and it has been more than a month now and I still haven't received the money, one for $431.37 and the other one $535.00. Whenever I contact them via chat, I was told they have delays and when I kept contacting them and I was told they don't know when the delays will last. As of right now, I am still waiting for response from them about getting the payouts.

dodgy and very expensive service

dodgy and very expensive service. Their fees are not crazy high but I suppose sometimes you can justify that but they are also refusing to release the money they are holding of mine. I used their cards to send money to a forex broker then tried to get the money back via them into my personal account and they are holding the money and refusing to pay it back. They won't pay the money back the same way I paid them, they claim they can't make an international bank transfer and I offered to use my wise.com USD balance and they (with no justification) claim they can't send funds to wise.com. Don't trust this company.

SCAMMERS

I used Payredeem a few months back as my broker and they stole $400 after never transferring my funds to an ecard. Instead they closed my account.

I then disputed with my bank because I never received my money back nor a response from them. When my bank contacted them regarding my dispute they emailed me stating that if I cancel my dispute with my bank they’ll return my funds. 5/6 months later I’m still dealing with this dispute because they are not being honest about stealing from me.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Please contact me if you’d like to link up and try and do something about this.

Payredeem Merchants

I Purchased a $100 e-card to fund my account with several brokers, but on selecting the payredeem option it comes up with a message that deposits by payredeem are currently not available.
Please can anyone suggest any merchant that accepts payredeem so that I can at least spend the card before it expires.
Also there is no list of merchants accepting payredeem on their website as well.
A reputable company should at least have a list of partner companies displayed on their site.
Payredeem looks shady. I will never do business with them again.
Thanks

my funds stuck from JULY 2023!!

my funds stuck from JULY 2023!!! it is already half year since they turn off SWIFT cashouts!
before my cashout I heard about their problems, but I ask personally support team about it and they promise, that everything is okay. but when money was added to my account on payredeem - they tell me that cashout are stopped. very nice strategy.
when they will pay? after 5 years? I don't know. but half year to make SWIFT payment is very funny. when it was 1-2 month of solving this problem - it is ok. everybody can have problems with payments. but when it is half year - how it is called?

Will I ever see my funds again?

When I used them to make a deposit to my broker, everything worked as designed. The transfer took a little over a week but it was my first experience so I didn't know any better. This was 3 years ago.

Now, I'm still waiting, over 2 1/2 weeks and nothing other than a few replies to my emails about having problems and will send on to financial section.

Haven't heard from them since, and no one responds to my emails. I'll try to reach them by phone tomorrow...

Not a positive experience and I am questioning whether I will actually see the funds again...
