Payroll Service (UK) Ltd is an outsourced payroll bureau based in Cardiff. We have run UK payroll since 2011 and now look after 500+ clients and more than 3,000 payslips a month, for employers across the UK. We run weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly and monthly payrolls, including payslips, RTI submissions to HMRC, pension auto-enrolment, statutory pay (SSP, SMP and more), starters and leavers, P60s and CIS for construction. We take over from any other payroll software or provider, including part way through the tax year, and can onboard within 24 hours of receiving the information. Pricing is per payslip: from £2.50 + VAT for weekly and fortnightly payrolls and from £3.50 + VAT for monthly and four-weekly payrolls. There is no setup fee and no contract, and no extra charges for starters, leavers, P45s or year end. We also run payroll for accountancy practices on a white-label basis, and help overseas companies set up and run a UK PAYE scheme for their UK staff. We are a payroll bureau, not an umbrella company or employer of record. You deal with a named person in our Cardiff team, not a call centre.
