The worst payment provider ever! Scammers and Extortionists.
The service interface works in such a way that no one tells you or informs that registering a payment system costs 500 euros))). They do not answer specific questions, and then you are presented with the fact that you have to pay, despite the fact that I said that I do not need their terrible service. In the end they opened an account and I find minus 500 euro balance lol!!! These guys are scammers and extortionists. Very bad experience! The worst payment provider ever!

All commissions both for private and business accounts are clearly indicated on our website https://paystree.com/fees-business . Based on your review, we assume that you opened a business account, where EUR 500 accounts for Onboarding fee (EUR 250) and Account opening fee (EUR 250).
Before applying for opening an account, you should have familiarised yourself with our tariffs. Moreover, at the time of registration, you agreed to the Terms & Conditions of our company, which means that you also agreed to the tariffs and commissions.
One of PaysTree personal bankers was in touch with you and supervised you, asked additional questions about your business.
Therefore, if you had notified us before opening an account that you did not want to open it, we would not have opened an account for you.
