Took my money and no service
I also paid for a subscription. Numerous "parts" of the program appeared to be missing or not working. I left messages by phone, email and through the website with NO response. I'm contacting my bank.

They keep charging me
They keep charging me, even after I asked them to stop. When I call I get a voicemail in which I have left several to contact me back. I also filled out their contact form on their site and still have not received a response.
