You enter the pay details and the tool works out federal income tax, Social Security, Medicare and state tax from the 2026 tables, for all fifty states and Washington DC. Every figure stays editable, so the net pay on the stub can match the deposit that actually landed in the bank. The finished document renders on screen as you type, so you see exactly what you are getting before any payment is taken. Your first pay stub each year is free, on any template, with no watermark and no card required. It arrives as a PDF by email. After that you pay per stub, with no subscription and nothing to cancel later. Packs of three or six cost less per stub, which suits the two or three months of records a landlord or lender usually asks for. If you spot a wrong figure, date or spelling, tell us within 30 days and we will correct the stub and resend it at no charge. What PayStubGo does not do is worth stating plainly. It does not verify employment, it does not file taxes, and it cannot decide whether any organisation will accept a document. It produces a standard earnings statement from the numbers you enter, and those numbers are yours to check. Checkout is handled by PayPal, so card details never reach us.
